As of Friday June 11th, Lake House Restaurant will be open for outdoor patio service and curbside pickup 7 days a week beginning at 11:30am!

Lake House features European Mediterranean cuisine, including such specialties as gourmet, thin-crust pizzas; magnificent pasta and risotto dishes as well as our Signature Pecan Crusted Salmon, Seafood Paella, Chicken Supreme, New York Striploin and many more. We offer a wine list featuring many selections from our local Niagara region.

My husband and I used to be able to get a bread basket (complimentary) 2 appetizers, 2 entrees and 2 drinks for $105.00. This time around we only ordered 2 drinks and 2 entrees and it cost us $115.00. The price was absolutely insane considering my dish was a simple fettuccini pasta with vegan bolognese. My dish was as mediocre at best. There was only 1 vegan entree on the menu which would have been fine by me if an ounce of effort had gone into it however it was unseasoned, bland and boring. It is doubtful we will return to this restaurant.

We came here for our anniversary. It was our first time and we absolutely loved this restaurant. We will be back!

Absolutely amazing every single time! My husband and I have never been disappointed at the Lake house, from the food, to the service. This restaurant is perfection!!

We had reservations for 5:30 to celebrate our anniversary (one month) and we were seated promptly. We hated the table (right in the doorway with people passing by constantly) but the place was packed. To that, it was loud. Parking was almost impossible. Our wait staff, Chloe, was lovely and fast…maybe too fast? But we liked her. We ordered two appetizers- the tuna tartar and calamari. Both a bit pricey but wonderful! We had the impression the calamari was made there. We loved them both. When we looked at the mains the set menu options looked good. I had the salmon and my husband had the lamb…both very good. The baked Brie was a real treat. It’s almost 20 hours later and it just occurred to me I hadn’t eaten all day! We do patronize the lake house every year. Maybe we will avoid weekends in the future. Great food, Great Service, wonderful atmosphere and very accommodating to food allergies. We will be coming back for sure!

Just a wonderful location on the water with a warm and welcoming atmosphere inside . Food is outstanding and portions sizes are excellent.

Always a great meal and our server Matthew was awesome!! A great way to spend our anniversary, which has now become a tradition :)

First they need a parking attendant. I won’t go into it but it was disturbing. I had rude people driving around you to take a spot. The waiter was excellent… my food was ok… nothing special… my partner enjoyed hers. I enjoyed it more the last time I was in… perhaps because the meal was different… perhaps because it was our first time… I just felt the meal wasn’t elevated for the price.

Although I had asked for a window table, we were seated in a satisfactory table where my friend could look out over the lake. Food and service were excellent. The manager stopped by to wish my friend happy birthday and to ask if there was anything else we needed. As the restaurant filled, it became very noisy but everyone was enjoying themselves.

First time there and it was better than we expected, food and service was great, all with a beautiful view of the lake. It wasn't a cheap meal by any means, but not overly expensive for the quality we received in our opinion. We left happy and full! We'll be back for sure, I've got my eye on the Octopus or Short Ribs for next time!
