As of Friday June 11th, Lake House Restaurant will be open for outdoor patio service and curbside pickup 7 days a week beginning at 11:30am!

Lake House features European Mediterranean cuisine, including such specialties as gourmet, thin-crust pizzas; magnificent pasta and risotto dishes as well as our Signature Pecan Crusted Salmon, Seafood Paella, Chicken Supreme, New York Striploin and many more. We offer a wine list featuring many selections from our local Niagara region.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Lakehouse Restaurant for the first time with my partner, and it was a truly unforgettable experience. Our evening was made extra special by the exceptional service provided by Brianna. Despite having worked a full day, she was incredibly sweet, caring, calm, positive, and helpful throughout our visit. Brianna’s wine recommendation was spot on, perfectly complementing our calamari and seafood paella. The view from our table was stunning, overlooking the water and allowing us to enjoy a beautiful sunset. We savored every moment and couldn’t resist extending our stay to enjoy key lime pie and coffee for dessert. The ambiance, combined with Brianna’s outstanding service, made for a memorable evening. We highly recommend the Lakehouse Restaurant and suggest requesting Brianna as your server to enhance your dining experience. We look forward to returning soon!

Right on the shore of Lake Ontario (ask for window seat) looking out at the passing boats and ships. Natilja, our waitress was fantastic with her service and recommendations. The food was great. My wife couldn't eat her portion of pasta so I got a treat the next day. We will be back.

We drove by the Lake House always on the hwy. and we finally got a chance to eat there and it was 100% worth the wait. Food and service were amazing from reserving to eating there. I had the Shrimp MacNCheese and it was delicious. The views of the lake around restaurant were beautiful. We went in the evening and a caught a beautiful sunset. I had requested a table by the window and they were happy to accommodate us. We will def b going back again. Thx

Had wanted to try The Lake House for some time. Booked a table for four about three weeks ahead. It is a beautiful setting, right on the lake. Bright with lots of windows and the patio is lower than the dining room so there is nothing to obstruct the lake view, which stretches to the Toronto skyline. Our table was ready on time, 7:30 pm. We had requested a window table and we were seated fairly close to one. (You must have to book a few months ahead to be seated directly by a window!) Servers were efficient, helpful, very patient, and pleasant. We ordered the Mac n cheese, Icelandic cod, pecan crusted salmon and beet & goat cheese salad. Everyone raved about their choices. The shared Brie and arugula appetizer was excellent too. Our only complaint would be the noise level. It was the Sunday of a long weekend and the restaurant was packed. The tables, though well positioned, are plenty and fairly close to each other. The noise was mostly people talking - a lot of people talking loudly. No background music could be heard and the noise level caused stress for one person at our table who had to take a walk outdoors midway through our meal. The patio is lovely and much, much quieter than the dining room but it was a cold and windy evening and we opted to stay indoors. (There are propane heaters on the patio.) Also, you can only reserve tables indoors. If we go again, we’ll wait for a patio table, which are available on a first come, first served basis. Perhaps the dining room would be quieter during the week. Lastly, the washrooms were quite a mess by the end of the evening with overflowing bins, paper towels on the floor, water on the counters and floor. Should have been attended through throughout the evening as they were pristine when we arrived. At any rate, we would recommend! Beautiful spot, great food and servers!

The meal was fantastic! It was cooked well and was delicious. We ordered off the prix fixe menu. The app was excellent, but the dessert was too small and was served in a shot glass. I would go back for the food but order from the regular menu.

I have had the pleasure of dining at the Lake House several times before this evening. This evening we were squished into the sunroom where it was very loud and a little warm. As it was a special birthday, I had asked for a seat by a window, this did not happen. Our server was the highlight of the night. He was kind and attentive. The food was under whelming to say the least. My husband sent back the clam chowder and my daughter's fish cakes were extremely dry and my chicken was so over cooked it was hard. I ordered the gluten free flat bread that was so over heated the I could not eat it - it was hard as a rock. I appreciated the free shot glass dessert for the birthday, however we will not return to spend that kind of money for the poor food experience. We are extremely disappointed.

Really enjoy it here, we have been three times so far and everytime the food and service have been excellent no complaints as of yet, look forward to returning. We sat inside all three times. Great views as well of the lake. The charcuterie and hummus/falafal board are amazing.
