Exclusive private rentals can be arranged for up to 137 guests. We also offer 2 private rooms that can hold up to 37 people each or can be combined to hold a larger party. From Corporate meetings to Bridal Showers or Rehearsal Dinners, La Grotta will make your event special!

Came here yesterday for an Anniversary dinner with my girlfriend.. we were very pleased!! Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive. The Filet and Fra Diavolo were incredible 👌🏾

The food was phenomenal and our waiter was so kind and attentive — he even provided complimentary champagne for a birthday celebration! We’ll be back soon!

Server great… but the hostess was so rude she made a scoffing noise when I excitedly said our 30 th wedding anniversary So rude and dismissive… also our first trip as empty nesters… she ruined the vibe of dinner… should have left then…,wish I told the manager at the end … but I just water out

Old school fine Italian dining at its best in the heart of downtown! Our server was charming, witty, and highly attentive. I slid him a crisp $50 note as a tip as he deserved every penny and more! Food was made from scratch, served hot, fresh, and reminded me of food I have had in Milan. Went there on a first date and will most definitely be coming back for another 5 star experience!

La Grotta is my favorite restaurant in or around Richmond. Every meal is a great experience in Italian food. Roger, our server was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. You cannot choose a bad dish…..pasta, fish, meats are all top shelf.

Can't go wrong with LaGrotfa. Italian sausage isn't great but homemade pasta are awesome.
