Situé au coin de 5th Street et North Market Street dans le quartier vivant de LOMA, La Fia est le premier restaurant à Wilmington de Bryan Sikora, le chef et propriétaire.     Food as usual was great. Never take the confit duck leg off the menu!!! The side with my branzino entree was a little acidic but not bad. our server was friendly and nice but the dessert portion took awhile to come out compared to the other courses. As usual, overall it was a great experience. Will definitely dine again 😊

    First time at this restaurant tho people I ate with had been before. We booked an outdoor seat (all the was left) then got a call with the threat of rain that they couldn’t accommodate us if it rain….1 hr before reservation. Were told no, no umbrellas, not covered. The 4 of us arrive in a slight drizzle and we’re told we could sit at the small bar. The sound inside was deafening, the bartender was grumpy and high strung. We finally decided to give the outdoor a try and the rain stopped and held off. We asked the server why they don’t just have umbrellas available…she said “not worth it”. They have 4 tables. It’s that hard to bring umbrellas out when it might rain? Server was only slightly more friendly than the bartender. Food impressive. Service, not so much .

    The food and service were excellent. It's a cool place in downtown Wilmington. The tables were a little too close together and the noise level was a bit high, but I still highly recommend it.

    The food was amazing. We had the octopus, scallops, and duck confit. Desserts were wonderful as well.

    Prix Fix Wednesday night meal is a destination. Unfortunately we continue to get the same meal each time. Sad...but the new try was the chicken mouse and it was FABULOUS. Typically i mention the crab toast, but this was the evening's hit. We are also pretty happy with the chocolate desert.
