Me and my boyfriend got to the restaurant at 8:20, no server until 10 (when we asked about what was happening) and no bread till we asked. plus we had made a reservation for 8:15 asking for the best service and most romantic experience. we didn’t leave until 11. i had gotten the lamb chop tower aka the most expensive dish on the menu and they came back 20 minutes later telling me they had no salmon… i ended up replacing it with stake bites and we would’ve had to pay a little extra but our server took care of the up charge. the server was super nice no complaints on him except for the fact that he totally disregarded us in the beginning lol. the food was pretty good and the 8oz fillet was the best thing we had gotten, perfect cooked to a medium rare. the meat was super soft and not tender at all but the dishes all together could’ve used a tad bit more flavor for the prices. we ended up spending $230 just on the meals and tipped $70. as you can see we spent a lot of money on a place where the experience was mediocre just because of the time we waited. that might be our fault for not asking until almost 2 hours after we got there but someone should’ve noticed us. if we had gotten served right away it would’ve gotten a 10/10. but other than that the place was super cute and chill! even had a jazz man playing the saxophone, super cool!

Our server was extremely slow. We waited a long time to get our appetizer, then was told that someone else took it. The service was very sub par. It appeared to just be ours, all the other servers seemed efficient.

This was my first time ever coming. I’ve heard about this place for years, and it far exceeded my expectations. Our food was excellent and the restaurant is gorgeous. We will absolutely come back!

LDV has been a family favorite for years and under their new ownership has been refreshing in every way. The patio oasis, the inside remodel, the FOOD - it has all been updated to fit a more modern dining experience. The entire staff is so kind and attentive including the owner. Love LDV more now than ever!

I had not eaten here in over 5 years, I'm assuming the owners changed. The food was not appetizing at all my husband ordered ravioli stuffed with seafood but in reality it tasted like cat food. I ordered risotto, I've never ate risotto that was dry and unseasoned the vegetables were bland as well. service was excellent it's just unfortunate that it was night and day with the food. The food just wasn't good at all.

The food was great and the service was even better. The only thing they could do is add some Brussels to the menu.

Food was good. Service was horrible. Took 20 minutes or more for drinks to come. 3 of our 4 dinners were served. The 4th was delivered after the others were done. Waiter said it was done “just waiting on someone to bring it out” 😳. Wait staff do not seem to be trained on the menu or how to be waiters. They seemed confused. Will not be coming back.

Food was lukewarm. Service was terrible. Ambiance on the patio was nice. Seriously don’t waste your money here the food was way overpriced and our server barely checked on us (maybe twice throughout our 2 hour meal).
