We wanted to try la Docle Vita since new owners took over. We were very happy with food and especially our server,Ashley. The outdoor seating was fantastic. We highly recommend this place.

Food was amazing but it took awhile for it come out. Our server apologized but that was about it. I would definitely go back for the food and drinks just hoping their service time is a little better.

Server Carlos was fantastic, the gnocchi was anemic at best, arancini was overpriced, tiny and mushy. Dessert was good.

I made reservation for two people, the atmosphere and the patio was beautiful, but it was really filthy and dirty. Second our waitress she was not trained properly. She literally spilled the drinks the olive oil the bread. The table was not wiped, we decided to sit inside it took her 20 minutes to tell us a certain appetizer was not on the menu, the food was excellent. We got the bill we were overcharged by $30 for some stuff. We did not even order the place is really nice but they need to train their service better.

I have to commend your entire staff. We took my 90+ year old parents to dinner to celebrate my dad’s birthday. They were so kind in opening doors, changing tables because of the draft and assisting to the valet. They were all so friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate their kindness. The food was delicious and the service fantastic.

It had been while since I had been here. My server was great, but the food was disappointing. We ordered eggs Benedict for brunch and it was awful. The Hollandaise sauce was the weirdest I have ever had. Looked more like gravy. I'm pretty sure was was supposed to be Canadian Bacon was actually lunch meat ham. It was just awful. Not sure I will be returning, but perhaps I will give them another chance. I probably should have been honest with my server when she asked me how was the food....I said it was OK. I should have brought it to her attention that was perhaps one of the nastiest meals I had ever paid for. I hesitate to blow them up on social media without telling them in person. In fact I will give them another chance, but won't recommend until I try again

Under the new owners, this is the last time we will return to this used-to-favorite-restaurant. It cost us $10 to park 20 feet away. Our waiter brought veal Marsala instead of chicken. Once arrived, the chicken was good, but my meal got cold waiting for the replacement. The octopus was like chewing rubber bands. The waiter said he would take it off the bill but did not, until we intervened. Unfortunate downgrade of a wonderful restaurant. At least they served a good drink!
