The staff was wonderful always checking on us regarding food and drinks. Very pleasant to speak with. The food is amazing. I will go back again and again.

I'm from Hoboken, NJ, just minutes away from New York City. There are plenty of delicious Italian restaurants, but there aren't any like this one. La Cipollina is by far the greatest Italian restaurant I've eaten at. The food is very well prepared and extremely flavorful. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Overall a great place to have a nice Italian meal.

Antonio, our waiter, did an excellent job. We wanted to try the summer special on Wednesday with prix fixe. We were not disappointed, food was excellent, portions were regular size, no skimping. Would definitely go back again. Dessert of cucumbers was a perfect "cleansing of the palate!"

Quiet sumner evening at our favorite restaurant. My husband was very hungry. He had the shrimp scampi appetizer, zuppa d’ clams and ate half of my delicious fried calamari. We tasted the new chicken tortellini soup with rosemary and it was delicious. My husband had the pork chop special and I had cavatelli pasta with broccoli rabe and sausage - generous portion and it was also delicious. As always, Ben and Franco were very kind and attentive.

Really enjoyed dining outside on a less humid evening. Faith took great care of us, very attentive. The chicken scarpariello was fantastic, the best gravy, and the French chicken breast was tender and delicious. As usual we finished with the chef’s sampler and crème brûlée for dessert; look forward to our next visit 🤗

This was my 2nd time here. Everything was amazing. The food was perfect. We enjoyed the eggplant appetizer and I enjoyed the salmon dinner with the almond cake for dessert. The food is incredible. Better yet was the service. Joe Joe ad Stephen made the night most special for my friend and I celebrating her special birthday. We will certainly be back. Thank you LaCipollina! If you have not been, this is a MUST. You will LOVE everything about it.

Once again, dinner at our favorite spot in Freehold. Delicious appetizers and dinner special - stuffed pork chop. Ben, Franco and the wonderful staff were so attentive. Ended the evening with espresso.
