Our waitress was very good. It had Ben a while since we’d been there and we were shocked to see the price increases. That may explain the fact that there were only12-15 other people there and no one came for dinner after we were seated. The food was just ok. The owner(?) Isaac Fox is sorely missed in every aspect of the restaurant. We were told he rarely stops by because of his responsibilities at another restaurant. It’s sad to see this one go downhill.

We've been to La Chasse a few times before this visit and always had a good experience. This one was an exception. Service was fine, the drinks and app were as good as normal, but the entrees my partner and I got were both way lower quality than we were used to. My partner got the Steak au Poivre. The steak itself wasn't cooked particularly well. While it appeared to be cooked medium rare, it was still a little tough. The bearnaise sauce was overly sweet and drowned out any seasoning on the steak that may have been there. The pommes frites were good, but not anything special. I got the lobster risotto which came out looking like it had set under a heat lamp for several minutes (not sure why they even have heat lamps at a restaurant like this). I'm not sure what spice they used for the heat on the dish but it overwhelmed everything and that was all you could taste. Despite there being a large amount of lobster in the dish, you couldn't taste any of it. And to top it all off, the lobster was way overcooked and was tough and rubbery. Each entrée was $50 a piece and I would have been hard pressed to pay $50 for the pair. I hope this was a one off experience, but if we do decide to go back to La Chasse it won't be for awhile.

One of our favorites when we come to Louisville. Always at the top of their game never a disappointment. Staff is always friendly and inviting. Food is superb.

Our experience was totally wonderful. Our server was attentive, the drinks and food were excellent. This is a cozy spot to have a lovely evening… and no problem parking either.. an extra plus.

Wonderful meal and service as usual ❤️ Love to come early and sit at the bar. The new menu is great…with nice choices and some of the same.

Significantly overpriced for the quality of food. I feel like the scallops we had were on the bleeding edge of being undercooked. The sweet potato and beans that they were pulled upon did not go with the dish. Overall, a very bland and uninspiring effort.
