    Charming little bistro on the main drag in Media making respectable versions of classic French brasserie fare. Wine list is small but affordable. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Indoor and outdoor seating options. Restroom not very accessible.

    This was yet another wonderful experience at La Belle Epoque. Sunday brunch with my daughter who was visiting from out of town and we had a great meal. Bloody Mary and Pineapple Mimosa to start and then our meals which were excellent as always. We both have Celiac disease and the fact that we can get gluten free crepes that are tasty as well as being gluten free makes this a special place for our family.

    I ordered the beet salad and the chicken crepe. I asked for fries instead of the side salad since I wanted to order the beet salad. The last time I was here a couple of weeks ago, I had the seafood crepe, and my friend had the chicken crepe. Since I liked the chicken crepe better, that's what I got this time. My meal was wonderful. When you order crepes, they're not only big, but you get two. I ate one and took the other one home. I also love the dressing they use on the salad. The fries were okay, but I prefer thinner crispier fries like Belgian fries. Bread and butter is not brought to the table or offered, and when I saw someone else had it and inquired, the server told me if patrons ask, they'll bring it. It was a square roll and butter. I didn't particularly care for the roll. The service was great with numerous people working together. I was going to a show nearby after my meal, and the gentleman who seated me and poured the water went out of his way to look up the theater and give me detailed directions of how to get there, which was very thoughtful. They also have some outdoor tables, and I love to sit outside, but it was a little bit cold, and it was windy.

    Great food. Their soups are second to none. Salmon dish of the regular menu was cooked to perfection. We would say the best burger in Media!!!!

    Food excellent. Best muscles ever had. Excellent filet mignon. Was busy Sat night. Little too loud to hear conversation. Even waiter had hard time. My only other suggestion is to increase drink size. White wine glasses and martini glasses very small. Otherwise cocktails and wine were very good.
