The 2nd time our food arrived it was incomplete. Three items were missing from our order. The manager never walked over to see if everything was fine. The server Ron was great. The food was good. We will not be going back.

Excellent food, a lovely atmosphere, and the service was on point. They didn't rush us, and we had a relaxing dining experience.

Food always tasty and fresh the only complaint is that the portions in the Happy hour menu got cut down way too much. Before the chicken satay were three pieces now is only same with the fish tacos, before was fish salmon now shrimp, the only thing that stayed the same are the Bama roll 👍

Manager and server were outstanding! Friendly helpful caring and just perfect !!! Highly recommend There was a section that was loud and we asked for a different table and they happily moved us to the other side and was perfect

food was excellent as server - prices were way too expensive one simple vegetable roll sushi $18. That is nuts! Obviously other people are thinking the same thing as we were the only people in the whole entire restaurant area bar area was one fourths full well have things changed for Kona Grill and it’s very sad. It used to be our absolute favorite.

We ordered the Seabass and the Shrimp tacos. The shrimp tacos came on a tray of three. My daughter enjoyed them very much The Seabass was smaller than anticipated It seemed as if it was frozen and then cooked I’ve had fresh seeds and unfortunately that’s all I can compare it to It wasn’t as good as fresh If you were looking for fresh seafood, this would not be the place Otherwise excellent the ambience was great and the drinks were very good I believe other options on the menu would have been a better choice for me

Started off as a bad experience, no one came to us for at least 10 minutes as we were seated and a group of loud, obnoxious ladies were making a lot of noise. Then spoke to a great server, Shane, got us a new table and gave us excellent service. He made our evening a success.

Food and staff were great. They are a little understaffed so service was a little slow. However manager came over and pitched in without us even requesting it. He gets props for that.
