Today’s trip was phenomenal. Lilly and Neyonna seated us and they were very friendly. We were graced by Lisa (yes a manager) and Jaiden as our servers. They are both very good at their jobs. I had the double cheeseburger, it was to die for. And I ate every bit 😅. My friend had chicken satay and a sushi roll, again they were scrumptious. I always enjoy my time at this Kona location. I can only hope that the location in Mesa AZ is as good! (I’m moving) Thanks for many great visits Troy!!!

It was our first time coming there and the service was good but the food was horrible! We both ordered a French dip, so 2. First the brought 1 of the dips and a prime rib dinner! Then once we finally got mine both were 90% fat. Needless to say we will not be returning!

I ordered 2 main dishes and still left hungry, portions were extra small.

There were four adults and one child. The serve red was friendly and knowledgeable. Food o the other hand for the price was not up to par. Potstickers and calamari appetizers were good. We had sushi. It was good. Dinner was a different story. Childs salmon was over cooked and dry. Pad Thai was not flavorful. Surf and Turf Filet was ordered medium but wasn’t tender like Filet should be. Sweet chili Salmon was also dry. Miso Sea Bass didn’t taste like it had Miso. Way over priced.

The overall experience (service, taste of food, cleanliness of the restaurant) were good. However, the overall cost didn’t align with the food. The menu is quite overpriced. To pay $160 for two one entree, two meals, and two drinks is a bit much.

Dan Uelle was my server and he was absolutely amazing. I had a few issues with my drinks and it was handled immediately! The floor manager , unfortunately I do not know her name but she has a facial piercing below her lip. She was very sweet , and acted quickly in regards to my concerns. I was skeptical on coming back as it was not my first time but those two changed my perspective!

It was busy for Father’s Day, but our waitress made the experience like we were the only table in the building! Food was great too!

Food was great! It’s pricey but good. Music was very loud and hard to hear conversation. They have those tablets at the table to pay. My card never works in these. And it took forever to get our server back and pay our bill.
