Food was decent. Drinks were pricy for the vibe. The atmosphere was lit even if the crowd was absent.

40 minutes to pay. I gave the waiter, my credit card and a gift card. The gift card was not credited on my bill. The manager was called who finally credited the gift card. She came back with a corrected bill and kept pointing to the kiosk to pay, but I told her that the waiter had my credit card. She wasn’t listening as it took her 3 times of me telling her that the waiter had my credit card! The waiter had my credit card! It didn’t seem to matter to her. I can understand an inexperienced waiter, but not a manager, who was not listening to the real problem. It is a real problem when a waiter has kept your credit card.

Jane had a lot to do in keeping up with the bar with no bartender. She managed everything exceptionally well.

The food was delicious, but the service was very bad. Food came out quickly, which was nice, but it took probably 10 minutes for the waiter to come take our order/get drinks and then he just never came back once we were done eating. We had paid on the tablet and just needed a box, but he would not come by our table. I ended up asking the host for a box who just told me to ask the server.

Hector is the best thing about Kona!! He makes the best drinks and has the best customer service! We always come just because of him. I had the popcorn chicken, avocado egg rolls and the sliders. Really good. The watermelon Margaritas are made with perfection!
