Our daughter visited us and the first restaurant she wanted to visit was Kona Grill. Everything went great except the restaurant had no Osaki Dry which our daughter wanted. We will definitely be back especially for Happy Hour.

Should’ve made an about-face. They had my reservation, I arrived on time but there were no patio tables available contrary to the option having been available when making the reservation. Sat there for 15 minutes and realized no one was assigned to our table. After asking someone if they could check on our waiter, that person became our waiter. We placed our order and I ordered the sushi $39 option with a complimentary glass of wine, asian slaw, 2 rolls, and a double brownie dessert Twice, not once, twice the food servers attempted to being me the rolls prior to the slaw. I had to tell them twice that I’d prefer to have the slaw/salad first. Received the slaw (looked pre-made and chilled/wilted). I ate some of it but didn’t want to send anything back after rejecting 2 plates of sushi rolls because-food service paranoia. We both enjoyed our main course meals. The waiter brought our check and my friend paid before I realized I didn’t receive my dessert. When I asked for my dessert my friend ordered the cheesecake. When he brought the bill (with the desserts) there was a charge for the dessert that I thought, came with my already paid-for and generously tipped meal. He explained that each item is charged a la carte totaling $39. Granted, still there was no accountability taken for the fact that HE forgot my dessert too. My worst experience ever here. It was sad and embarrassing as I’d raved about the restaurant to my friend. Not cool.

Love their menu variety. Fun place to meet for birthdays, etc. My salad though was a little wilted and some of the lettuce was brown. This was a first. They always have a pretty fresh salad, but today not so much. The waitstaff is always friendly. So no complaints there. Pricing is always a little high for what you get, but this will probably never change.

Awesome food and circus.. The GM and manager were very attentive and was able to correct our meal expeditiously… we always enjoyed our food and time.. very one was polite… kind.. and service was most excellent!!! Thank u for an enjoyable bday celebration for Michael!

I was thrilled to see a Kona Grill while driving by, as I've been missing the one in Lincolnshire. The food was just as delicious as I remembered, and the staff was extremely friendly, especially the manager who stopped by a few times and gave us some cool swag. I will definitely be coming back.

Chillin on Friday, September 27, 2024, when I decided that I wanted to dine at Kona Grill for lunch. Made a reservation, pulled up, walked in, and was immediately greeted by a very pleasant hostess. The hostess seated me and I waited for my cousin to arrive. The restaurant was very clean. My cousin and I both ordered the Spicy Shrimp Tempura Appetizers which were very tasty 😋. I also ordered the Chopped Salad with Shrimp and my cousin ordered the Sweet and Blue Salad with Shrimp. Additionally, we ordered dessert…I had the Butter Cake and my cousin had the Cheesecake. Everything was fresh and delicious!😋😋😋
