Upgrade your experience to Specialty Rolls or Nigiri for just $10 more. Restrictions: Reservations required. Dine-in only. No sharing. 90 minute maximum. Guests may order 2 rolls on first order and after that 1 roll per order. Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.

I made a reservation for 2/15 for a steak night special $39/ person and upon being sat I mentioned this to the server and she kindly says unfortunately we are not running that special because of Valentine’s Day . On open table it say this offer can not be used on 5/12 is the only date that excluded. My wife and I had to completely change plans in a hurry because we only had a babysitter for a couple hours. To say the least we were very disappointed.

Totally ruined my Valentine’s date. Served bloody steak when I ordered medium well after waiting for it for a hour. Then having to wait for it to come back again with just a little less blood, bland, burned on the outside and tough to chew. When I told server how horrible the food tasted and how it was still too rare, he responded by basically telling me don’t come in on Valentine’s Day or holidays when it’s their busiest time. I told him that was a poor excuse because quality and great service should always be consistent no matter what. How can this be acceptable, they know their busiest times of the year, they should have been prepared not use that as an excuse to feed customers bad food and have them leave as hungry as they came in just in a terrible mood. Very disappointing at this place. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

Server forgot to place our food. They apologized. But nothing happened after that. There for over 2 hours and 10 mins. We left without eating dinner.

Took forever to get our food (just two burgers) I understand when things are busy but we were never updated or apologized to for the long wait

Many kids around, loud remixed pop music, and table in front of main entry with cold wind blowing on you everytime someone leaves or enters. The food and staff really saved this place. I went on Valentine’s Day, so maybe not the best representation of everyday operation

With reservations we were put on the patio area with metal type patio tables. Was incredibly cold. Meatballs were delicious. Rest of the food felt overpriced. 3 burgers, app and sushi plate with no drinks, bill total $150.
