    All of our apps came out cold like they had been sitting there for a while the sauce on the pretzels had dried out over the the tops of both of them I ordered a passion margarita and my glass came out and it wasn’t even full!! the service was terrible everything took forever which I feel had nothing to do with the holiday and more to do with the server! The table next to us sat dark after us got everything before we did!!! and we were unaware that they were operating on a limited menu and we were told no substitutions which was fine but we told that we couldn’t even add shrimp to our entree which isn’t a substitution technically its an addition!!!???? for the amount of money we spent this was ridiculous poor treatment overall and it was our first time eating here and mostly the Last!!

    This was supposed to be a good experience but turned out bad. Waited over 40 minutes to be seated when I had a reservation for a certain time. Then waited another 45 minutes for the food. Over priced food wasn’t as good as advertised. I need Kona to step it up please!

    It was our first time dining at this place but I felt that their menu it’s overpriced, there’s no way to justify a $23 child size burger with some cold fries. We waited over 40 mins to be seated and 53 minutes for our food. In my own opinion it’s definitely not worth the money spent.

    We were seated promptly. Service was very slow. The Sushi can out timely and was good. Took almost 90 minutes to get our meals. My wife's meal was cold and mine was luke warm and the steak was over cooked. Costly check. We used to be big fans of Kona Grill. Probably will not be back. Too many other choices.

    Made reservations over two weeks ago for a Valentine’s Day dinner. Our reservation was for 8pm we showed up early around 740 knowing it would be busy. We were not sat till past 830. Service was slow and the kitchen was even slower. Food came out cold and overcooked. Our server did try to make it right but the overall evening took over three hours! Three hours to have dinner! Unacceptable. Entire experience was very disappointing and we will never go back to Kona. Management made a big mistake and over booked the evening and did not have the staff or kitchen ability to keep up. Very bad experience.

    Valentine's for 4 was a disaster. 45 minutes later was seated after reserved time. Waited 1 and 30 minutes for food to come out. 3 Filets ordered Medium were Medium Rare to Rare. Ran out of Miso Mash potatoes so just substituted finger potatoes without telling us. Had the Surf/Turf. Dry and Chewy lobster tail with no butter, and filet was chewy. Too many things to mention that I was just poor quality. Only good thing was the fountain drinks. $345 total bill. Will never go back.

    Valentine’s Day reservation at 7:15. Placed in a reserved room away from the ambiance of the restaurant. Not romantic. Families and children all around. Service slow as we were not in the main area and couldn’t actually see a server to flag down for drink refills. Speaking of, original drink order for 2 took 35 minutes. Busy, but jot 35 minutes for a martini and draft beer. First time and last time at Kona Grill.

    Table reservations were great and in time for seating. Server was great in all ways that he was able. Our issue at this restaurant was unfortunately a kitchen issue as it was overwhelmed. Long time to get our appetizer which was close or just over a hour to get. We tried the Avacado egg rolls which were good but in reality it’s 2 just cut in half for 21$$. So lesson learned on that one as they were reaching for the stars on that pricing. The rest of the food arrived somewhere 90 minutes or so from ordering. Food was all good and the server tried to please our children with some fries knowing the issues with kitchen times. As we enjoyed and ended with full stomach’s eventually we will have to pass on a return. The manager was kind enough to discount the meal for the issue. Unfortunately the dinner was stressful with young ones hungry and having little remorse for the issue. Also Valentine’s Day probably one of their busiest days of the year.

    Really slow service on a busy Valentine’s night. Stir fry was good, but steak was very low quality and cold. Very dissatisfied and I rarely submit a review.

    We had a reservation at 5:45 and the entire experience was 2 hours long. Service was poor - she was very inattentive and not friendly. We were in the back room that had coat hooks, to go boxes, etc - more like a storage room than a private room with a few tables. Kitchen was extremely slow which is understandable based on the amount of tables they shoved in the space. It would've have been nice if the server acknowledged that, but again, she was horrible. When asked for a refill, she slammed it on the table (10 minutes later). It had been a bit since I've been to Kona Grill and I can tell you I will never be back again.
