Everything was great as always! I was just disappointed with the happy hour change of no happy hour drinks from 9pm-close. This was always one of my favorite late night spots and still will be even though it looks a little different!

The food is always excellent, and my favorite roll continues to be the off-menu Dynamite roll. It's easy to ding the increased cost of the menu items, but the food is high quality and the birthday gift for rewards members is one of the best in the restaurant business. Remains the go to place to take friends who say they've never had sushi before and are unsure if they would like it.

Started dining at Kona 20+ years ago in Scottsdale and have been dining here in Kona at Carmel for 10 years now. The people have the highest service ethos and the food is nearly always delicious. If it is not they are quick to remedy as happened recently for us. The dining room is beautiful and the bar area is very fun! I recommend this place for family gatherings or a date night.

Entered on time. Immediately seated. Server welcomed us. Asked if been here before. Answered no. Took time to answer our questions. Took our drink order and explained the menu. Everything from there was great. Will return.

Food is over priced, small portions and made with cheap quality ingredients. I used to enjoy dining here but I will not be going back. It's been on a steady decline the last 5 years.
