Food was great! The limited sushi menu was unfortunate since I know the sushi here is amazing, but the limited selection was not a great choice. Our server was non existent from the time we sat down to the time we left. We saw her twice and then we waited and waited until the manager noticed us with empty glasses and plates and started serving us instead. A different server came over to clear our plates and give us the check. It would have been nice to know if we were given to a different server, so we know who to talk to. We were also sat right next to where the servers were rolling silverware and it was so loud, we couldn't even hear the music or each other, so we had to move tables. When the check was available on the tablet we were charged for and $8.00 beer when I ordered a $3.00 beer, but nobody came over to help answer my question after that so I took the difference from the tip instead. We had higher hopes for our Valentine's dinner.

Went here for the steak night special that is advertised on OpenTable for two people. When we got there, we were handed a special menu that was printed out and told that this is what they are serving for the night. When I mentioned the special, I was told that they were not offering it. The offer specifically says available from two to closing every day. Drinks were highly overpriced. Food was subpar for the price as well. In my opinion for the atmosphere and table settings, the food should be about half the price. Very disappointing. We won’t be returning.

We visited this restaurant on Valentine’s Day with our three kids. Despite having 10 p.m. reservations, we were seated promptly. However, we were informed that the food would take about an hour instead of the usual 30 minutes. After ordering drinks, we discovered that the menu was very limited, and some of our preferred items like the Sunset Roll and green beans were unavailable. Given the long wait and limited choices, we decided to leave. Initially, there was a charge for champagne we didn’t drink, but thankfully, it was waived. Overall, the restaurant seemed too busy to manage the evening properly.

The food and atmosphere at Kona is top tier. Our server Aubriana was amazing! Definitely will be back!

So I had a reservation at 8:30. I check in and never got a message of our check-in. Then that’s when I decided to message them on the app that I had made the reservation and I receive no reply. So after waiting an hour after I check in, I decided to just go to the bar I continue to make my order that’s when I waited an hour and a half for my food when I received it I was very disappointed that it was cold overall horrible management. I understand that it was a busy night on Valentine’s Day and I can be compassionate, but a little bit of better communication would’ve gone a long way.

Dont bother making a reservation because you will still end up waiting an hour outside in the cold

Valentine's Day was a disaster. We had a reservation but stood outside in the cold for over an hour. We arrived at 8:00 and didn't have food until 10:00 and I genuinely feel ripped off for what I got for my money after waiting. Our server was fantastic and I don't want any of this to reflect on her.

Great Place enjoyed it. Definitely raise the prices due to being Valentine’s Day, but love the food.
