We have been to various Kona Grill locations over the years and always rated them very very well. I am sad to say I cannot do so with the Baltimore Inner Harbor location. We arrived on time for a 7:30 reservation and were seated right away. 25 minutes later a server wandered by and took drink and meals orders. During the 15 minute wait for further interaction we had time to notice the absence of condiments, napkins, silverware, and waters. After 15 minutes the server came around and apologized that they had just sold the last of our choice (Sea bass. ) Not a wild surprise, so we each ordered fish and chips. 15 minutes later the server returned with one order of fish and chips. We had to coach him to seek the second order, find the ciders we ordered, bring glasses for said ciders, provide silverware, napkins and waters. After another 15 minutes the second order arrived. While the food was happily well prepared at that point we had one hot and one cool order to share. At the end of the meal the server realized we could not use the auto pay at the table because he had entered our order under the wrong table. This was not the way I had envisioned celebrating our 12th wedding anniversary. We will absolutely come back to Baltimore, but we will not come back to this restaurant.

It was our first time at Kona Grill and we loved it. The Ribeye was extremely delicious and the Electric Lemonade was tasty. It was a little noisy and a bit pricey but overall would definitely recommend for special occasions.

Had a 5:00 pm reservation before a major event in Baltimore. I assumed the restaurant would have been prepared for the event. When you assume…. Seated well after the reservation time, they didn’t have knives as nine were available, service and food were poor. No one ever checked on us. Not returning.

We had a great experience here before our Pearl Jam concert. Our Waitress Roni was the best. Kept food and drinks coming, worked quickly, and had a great personality.

It was date nite for 2 couples . Our waiter good 45 min to bring out drinks we sat on the like patio side appetizers took forever and when they came they was wrong ! Food was horrible . 1 coupons for the pre fix menu and only got their entree never recieved the salad or dessert that went with the meal . Over all terrible experience

Probably won’t ever go here late night again. Made a 10pm reservation after seeing a show. Hostess station was in disarray. Took a long time to seat us even though the restaurant was practically empty. Our server took about 20 mins to come over to our table. Food was just okay. Restaurant needed a little cleaning. We didn’t even get refills on our drinks.

We had an unexperienced waiter, who knew nothing about the specials that were offered knew nothing about how to serve. Me and my family felt sorry for him. Then when the manager came to try to make our situation better, he was very rude unexperienced and just turned his back on us. Tell us have a nice day. The price for the meals was nowhere close to it. I order fish and chips for $40 and got one fish, unacceptable
