Located within the Sleeping Lady Mountain Resort, Chef Micah Windham and his culinary team have created seasonal gourmet menus with the freshest local and seasonal ingredients. Meals are are served family style and al a carte in Kingfisher's lodge-style setting which features exposed wood beams, river rock, a roaring massive stone fireplace and sweeping views of Icicle Canyon. In the summer months, the terrace is available for outdoor dining. An extensive wine list highlights local favorites and compliments the menu. Welcoming you to Kingfisher Restaurant is a one of kind outdoor glass art installation created for Sleeping Lady Mountain Resort by Dale Chihuly, called The Icicles.

The Supra is an ancient formal Georgian toasting feast that has persisted though time up to the present. From the country of Georgia we are inspired to host a modern take on the traditional Keipi feast, with guest host and Tamada leading the evening through a series of celebratory toasts to honor community. As a participant of the table, there's nothing to worry about but showing up with an open heart.

We have been to the Kingfisher restaurant many times before Covid, and this was the first time since they reopened. We were extremely disappointed, the food selection at the buffet was minimal, no rolls available no appetizers like in past years, the dessert table, very minimal, the salad bar was messy and disorganized, Overall was not the experience that we had hoped for on our Christmas day dinner.

Lovely setting, but at $70 a plate the food was fair! I don’t think we would return.

Had a reservation for Christmas Day dinner. Did not realize it was a $48 fee to get there and back. Did not realize they Only had a buffet for dinner at $70/person. That would have been good info to have on the Open Table site or texted to us in advance. I guess we expected more variety of food choices for $70. Salmon was overcooked, scalloped potatoes were undercooked and the prime rib was a bit chewy. Not trying to complain, but just trying to provide feedback since the restaurant is trying to gain momentum. Service was great and friendly and Sleeping Lady was one of the few restaurants actually open.

Our waiter was incredibly kind. Food was average but it fed us and that’s all we could ask for on Christmas. Thank you for coming in to work in low key blizzard conditions to make our Christmas special. You guys rock!

the buffet did not have enough variety; it was almost all seafood. not enough sides. tiramisu was not great.

The restaurant staff are making a lot of effort but there is a long way to go. Xmas Eve was a buffet and while most of the food was tasty the buffet serving pans were often empty and not immediately refilled. Had a cafeteria feel for a very expensive meal. Dessert station was depleted and messy. The server was trying hard to keep up with drink orders but was very slow. Understaffed I think. And the mandated 22 percent gratuity was crazy high for buffet service. They are trying but currently not worth the very high price

This is the place to go if you want to pay a premium for food that was prepared yesterday! Be sure to check the menu before you go. You may be surprised to find out that there is only one choice😕.

Nice place, but Christmas Eve buffet was limited and very expensive. Regular menu was much better.

We dined at Kingfisher for Christmas eve, the buffet was featuring the feast of seven fishes. The servers, while busy, we're attentive. The food was fantastic. The tiramisu was one of the best I've had.
