We had another outstanding dinner experience at this restaurant before a performance at the Ordway. The seafood selection is outstanding and the quality of food consistent and high-quality. It is wonderful having such a high-quality restaurants of conveniently located to have dinner before performance

Restaurant did not honor reservation, instead invited me to sit in the bar area, not exactly the experience I wanted or expected when visiting what I was told is a more upscale restaurant. Service was initially quite slow despite the bar area being quiet, the server was too busy chatting to another table. I had the ribeye, the sear was decent though marginally over, it still tasted great and I enjoyed it despite my earlier comments. Unlikely I would return.

Great food, they were also awesome with our timing prior to theater which was super helpful. Will be back!

We made reservation for 5:45 PM in anticipation of seeing an Ordway show at 7:30. We ordered our food almost immediately upon arrival, and the food did not arrive until 6:55 PM. We waited an hour between ordering and receiving our food! Our wait staff was very considerate of our schedule, but as she said - once the order is in, its out of her hands. She had to leverage the cook staff to push our order through. Very disappointed that a long standing up scale restaurant in downtown St. Paul has not figured how to serve the Ordway crowd in a reasonable time frame.

Filet was on the dry side even with steak butter, and potatoes seemed like they'd been sitting a while. So, food was just so-so. However, the wait staff was friendly, upbeat and pleasant.

We had multiple courses, which were all very well prepared. Our service was a bit slow; but, we had nowhere to go afterward. Hopefully the service was quicker for those people going to a show. We will definitely dine here again. I like the fact that you can access the restaurant without going outside. This will be nice during the winter.
