Everything was excellent from the moment we walked in we were seated. Our server Adrian was spot on with our order and drinks. We did not have to wait long for our food to be served. Outstanding service and excellent taste. Nice ambience. We will be returning soon. I would give 10 stars.

Our hibachi chef, Eugenio, was excellent! He cooked everything perfectly. In all the years I have been going to Kiku, he is the FIRST chef to properly season the steak! Our 17 yr old son even encouraged me to leave a review for Eugenio because he was equally impressed. Hopefully we can request him for our next visit!

Not too impressed. We arrived right in time and had already called to say regular table, then were told to have a seat despite the dining room being at maybe 10% capacity. Whatever. I’d also indicated we were there for a birthday and we were never asked about that nor was anything done. Weird, why ask then? Food was mid. No suggestions were offered by the server who didn’t seem to care if we were there or not. This places was chosen because some don’t want sushi so this had grill options but won’t be on the list to return anytime soon. Kinda bummed…especially for the price

Steve and his staff are very courteous and friendly. The food was great including soft shell crab and sushi before hibachi. The premium sake was delicious and would highly recommend.

My kids and I have been going to Kiku’s since they’ve opened. However, the last trip we made there to celebrate my daughter‘s birthday we got there as they were opening. They turned the music up so loud that we could not even hear our chef talking to us. They should really look into that. Overall, the Food is always exceptional. Prices are on the higher end but worth the quality of the food if you can afford it.

They left my butterfly shrimp and my lobster meat on the grill way too long. It was burnt. They should’ve cooked it in the shell. We’ve been coming there for over 10 years. I have never seen them cook the way it was cooked last night no discount on the bill Manager owner came over to table. Were there at least three times a month won’t be back for quite some time.

I know the price of food everywhere is high, but this place has become prohibitively expensive. The food is good, but let's face it, it's the same show every time. We were there for an adult birthday and felt very rushed, even though it was almost empty. We ordered sushi as an appetizer, and the soups and salads were brought out right away. So now we're trying to eat everything... all the plates crowded in our spot. Then they start cooking our dinner right away. It makes you feel that you need to hurry. If dinner for 4 adults is more than $360 with tip, they need to slow things down and let us enjoy it.
