                Service was amazing, Shaun was training and did an impeccable job, top notch. Food was delicious and exceeded our expectations. Drinks were also very good but slightly overpriced. If it was more affordable to drink we would come back much more frequently. Will definitely be back at some point though :)

                The service at this restaurant was the most attentive we’ve ever experienced. We were never left waiting long for anything. Very impressive. Food was very tasty too.

                Service was outstanding and vibe was great. Food has gone way down hill and was not very good. Will stay home and order JSan next time!This used to be my go-to for business and family gatherings.

                Their food quality has gone down significantly. Their sushi was lower quality than all you can eat sushi spots. Really disappointed. I spent over $1,000 for my birthday party and was embarrassed by how bad the food was.

                I have been to Ki a number of times and this was the most disappointing dining experience I have had at Ki and actually in general. The service was terrible, the food wasn’t great, we asked our server to bring the food out, the client asked if we were on a budget as there wasn’t enough food, so we ordered more than double what he brought the first time.. just a very disappointing experience and was embarrassed with the client. I definitely will not be coming back here.

                For fine dining, the experience is as important as food. For. Modernistic Japanese cuisine, the food wasn’t that different from a regular sushi restaurant. The service was bad. For the time and money spent you expect a higher level of service and attentiveness. I ordered 5 courses for them to come in one after the other in order of preference. Instructed the same to the server as well. All my food was served in random order. In fact my 3 courses were served before my sake was served. For the price, value, cuisine, and experience CHOTTO across the hallway is much much better thank what I got at Ki

                Exceptional food and service! Came for my mum's 60th and it was perfect. The food is excellent. Servers and support staff were all incredible. Thanks so much!
