   Our waitress Grace was Awesome!!! Smiled the whole time. Great service from her and hostess. Made sure we were comfortable, recommended great wine for my dinner (forgot the name of it). But it was delicious, complimented my Katz Steak and Cake!! It was delicious and worth it!!!! I brought my husband in for his birthday and his family joined us as well. Great evening. Thank you

   I made a reservation on 02/08 for the main dining hall to celebrate my anniversary and wife’s birthday (one day apart), which is where we always dine multiple times a year and this is my wife’s favorite spot to celebrate her birthday 8 years and going. We instead were taken to a side room where 2 gentlemen were loudly singing crooner music in a terrible manner the entire 3 hours we were there. We had to wait 20 minutes before being offered a cocktail menu, I was double charged for a drink and the “happy anniversary” on my wife’s dessert was misspelled. We received the bill and the waitress Daniella disappeared for 20 minutes. I had to get up to pay up front. Which is where I was told I had a mandatory 20% gratuity. I asked why and they said since it was a holiday. I asked what holiday was on 02/15, and they said well it’s Valentine’s week. I said gratuity isn’t mandatory and I feel it’s performance based, and it’s wrong to charge 20% mandatory for a whole week when we’ve never seen that in 8 years of celebrating this same milestone. I also shared my service concerns. They said many people are celebrating their anniversaries. I said well then maybe they would’ve spelled the word correctly. I shared my concern about our wait time and being placed in a noisy side room and we were told that was the main dining hall. This was the worst experience I’ve had in 8 years service wise and have pictures of the misspelling on my wife’s desert plate. We eat here multiple times a year and the service was clearly sub par compared to the dozens of times we’ve been prior. Nice restaurant, good food, immature servers and greeters with poor customer service hurt the dining experience overall. The gratuity shakedown was new as well. Definitely needs to be looked at.

   Corn risotto was amazing along with the lobster tail, main course was amazing, appetizers were decent only complaint is calamari breading fell off, dessert chocolate eruption cake was good, decent. Service was decent considering it was Valentine’s Day the other issue we had was the gratuity added to our bill for two people, $33 is way too much in my opinion.

   Very good dining experience. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We didn’t wait long after ordering for our food.

   It was a great place for dinner. From appetizers, drinks, and dinner, everything was delicious. Setting was also really enjoyable.
