Katherine’s offers the charm and service that discerning patrons have come to expect, featuring 21-day dry aged Prime Beef from Stockyards in Chicago.

Following the tradition of fine dining restaurants, featuring steaks & chops, Italian specialties veal piccata, cioppino, and chicken marsala. Seafood delicacies - Grilled Pacific Salmon, Lobster, Alaskan King Crab Legs, and our Stone Crab is flown in fresh daily from the Florida Keys during Season beginning mid-October through May.

Enjoy Katherine’s tableside presentations of spinach salad, banana foster, cherries jubilee and café diablo.

Compliment your entrée with our great, yet very reasonable priced wine list. Katherine's is open 7 days a week, dinner service available from 4:00pm - 9:00 pm. Reservations are recommended, so make yours today for a fine dining experience your palate will never forget.

Everything we ordered was excellent. If you like spinach salad, there’s is the best, but minimum of two orders. Love the table side presentation. It is a big salad so we always order two servings but split it three ways.

Love eating at Katherine's. I love a great Prime Rib and Katherine's is among the very best I have ever eaten in the USA. Service was impeccable. Our server Ruben is the best of the best! We will be back soon!

My food was good, my husband was a little disappointed in the seafood dish he ordered. The servers were friendly and attentive, portions were just right. We were sat in the corner with very loud tables around us- I don’t think the restaurant itself is as loud as we experienced

We love this restaurant. Reservations are essential. The food is delicious and the portions are generous. Tableside Ceasar Salad, Cherries Jubillee and Bananas Foster are fun to watch the servers prepare. The restaurant is currently under renovation but the service is always quick and professional and Juan the bartender has a small spot to prepare his excellent drinks. Good wine list too. Can't wait to have the new bar with Juan and his happy smile back in November 2024. We were there 3 nights in a row and tried their. delicious Faroe Islands salmon. Prime Rib is their specialty . Veal Piccata was very tasty with lots of veal prepared with capers and lemon sauce. This is the place when you are in Mesquite since there aren't any high end restaurants in Mesquite. We never got tired of the fine service and delicious food for those 3 nights in a row.

The restaurant is remodeling tried to put to many tables in small space. Loud, service was ok but due to space not good. Food was ok not up to standards I’ve received in the past 20 years.
