   Honestly, $32 for a chopped salad with mini crab cakes should have been much better. More care with fresh vegetables (mushy tomatoes, one piece of artichoke hearts, one piece of hearts of palm) and sloppily dressed with a so so vinaigrette. The mini crab cakes were okay. The service was excellent and I appreciated the birthday slice of cheesecake but it was wasted on me because I really didn’t want heavy cake at that point. This restaurant is well situated for the tourist trade but quality to value wasn’t there for me.

   Our server was outstanding above and beyond, the king crab legs were incredible, lobster Mac n cheese and grilled asparagus amazing !! Appetizer wild ahi tartar - also incredible !! I like highly recommend, beautiful ambience as well!

   Nick was our waiter. He was fantastic, quick with service, sharp and funny. Menu appeals to all. Table 59 is best for people watching. Plan to return.

   Overall a good evening. Holly our server was amazing. Only issue for the night was that the chef delivered our Chateaubriand mostly medium well instead of the medium rare we ordered. Regardless, it was still very tasty, as were the whipped potatoes, the wine, and the Old Fashioned. We will definitely return on our next visit to PS.

   The food is amazing here. I’m from out of town, but I’ve been here twice while I’ve been in Palm Springs in the past year or so. The service was embarrassingly bad this time. I don’t normally even write reviews, I’m the type who will eat something even if they give me something that has an error, I will get embarrassed if I go out to a group dinner and someone complains, I’ll pick hair out of my food and not even mention it. But when they sent out the wrong meal to me, I sat there and debated just eating it. My husband ended up waving down the server when he realized, and when I timidly explained that this isn’t what I ordered, he immediately went on full attack mode, trying to fight with me about the menu. Like, I’m known to be on the quieter side, so I always point to the menu item that I want when I’m ordering to make it abundantly clear what I want. I don’t know why this man felt the need to try to start an argument. I never got an apology for the mistake or being rude about it. The service was not great to begin with, he barely stopped at our table, minor things that I would have still looked past and tipped well for. I’ve been a server and worked in food service management in the past, I get it, truly. I will give 5 stars and a 25-30% tip for the bare minimum, taking my order and bringing the bill, like you don’t even have to be the one to bring the food to the table. However, the attitude I received from this server, who couldn’t even explain how I was supposed to order the meal that I wanted (because he couldn’t do it without repeating exactly what I asked for in the first place), on top of just being a crappy server (I didn’t get my water refilled until the end of the meal, never asked us if we wanted refills, took so long to come to our table after our drink orders in the beginning, that another server came over and asked if anyone had helped us, etc) was insulting. When I did get the correct meal, it was delicious, honestly worth having to fight for it.

   Very good food, ambience and service by the sea. A bit expensive, yet very well worth it!

   Cobb Salad with Salmon was delicious and ample. Iced Tea refills were plentiful

    This is the only place in years I have been to when you eat there and spend 200 a person they also try to charge you a no show fee. Very disorganized and frustrating. take off any no show fee as you make a great meal but leave a bad taste in my mouth because also trying to charge a no show fee
