Wow! This place is a gem and a must! I don’t write reviews but felt this one earned it. We have been in Canada a week eating in the best restaurants in each city. We voted this our best and favorite meal! Everything our incredible waiter Mitch recommended - “scallops”, duck, carrots, chicken, salmon … was incredible. I didn’t love my martini but I am very particular there and often not pleased. I wish we were here long enough to go back.

For app we ordered the Brie cheese which we’ve had elsewhere many times but the cherry compote set this one apart. For dinner We ordered the Butchers Cut which was an 18 oz Ribeye with whipped potatoes, delicious! We had the sangria to drink which was light & refreshing. The service was excellent! My husband who is a bit fussy felt the menu was limited. I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Visiting from the UK and my friend living in Calgary insisted we come here for brunch. Definitely work the trip! Food was fabulous (unfortunately one of my friends does not eat eggs so savoury brunch items were limited for her - she went for the veggie burger which she said was tasty!). Would highly recommend to any and every body! The view was breathtaking and the service was superb.

We used the OpenTable app to make reservations for four weeks in advance. We read wonderful reviews about this Michelin chef and understand that the views here can't be beat. Claes our waiter from Denmark was on point. We started with wine & appetizers. We shared crab croquettes & butternut squash pesto. For an entree we shared roast duck & a berry compote meringue dessert. Everything was delicious. The carrots were like candy, they were delicious, but my brussels sprouts are better.

We really enjoyed dining on the patio with an incredible view of the mountains and green Bow Valley! The cuisine was delicious, especially the sourdough & tomato salad. The chicken and grilled Brussel sprouts were delicious. Our server Eliza took great care of us and recommended items. She was so friendly and also gave us suggestions of hikes and places to see wildlife. Thank you Eliza!

Last visited the Juniper Bistro 8 years ago. At that time we had a wonderful dining experience. This time, not so much. The restaurant looks a little worn and the Bison platter we ordered was really tough to chew. Not a great wine by the glass selection. The view was still awesome.

Amazing views and food. Everything we ordered was delicious and very inventive. You cannot beat the views of the surrounding mountains and Fairmont Hotel. Service was lovely too.
