Absolutely amazing. Where to start? The service, the exemplary. The view? Stunning. The food? To die for. The duck breast did not disappoint. The whipped potatoes were the perfect complement. And the roasted carrots were simply next level. Coming from a small town where restaurants with this quality of food don’t exist, Juniper Bistro was such a treat. I highly recommend for an evening of fine dining.

Beautiful view of the valley from bistro. Enjoyed the food - Eggs Benny were great! Appreciated the friendliness of the servers.

Thoroughly enjoyed an evening meal here to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. As vegetarians it was fabulous to have such a wide range of menu choices. The service was first class and the food delicious

My husband and I were in Banff celebrating our 10 year anniversary. The views from the deck at sunset were incredible. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive; even offering us to have our main course inside after the sun went down and the temperature got a bit cooler. Our favorites were the mushroom scallops and the organic salmon. The dry aged ribeye was also excellent! Highly recommend!

We had breakfast here, we weren't staying at the hotel so booked a table for 10.15am in advance. We would advise that you do book as the restaurant was busy that morning - it was a Sunday. Food was outstanding, we had 'Eggs Your Way' which was delicious. The best breakfast and hot chocolate we have had on our holiday. Would recommend eating here, enjoy the views while being served by friendly, professional people.

Loved the atmosphere, wasn’t about the chilaquiles - more mile nacho (delicious…just not what I was after for brunch). Our server comped us a couple eggs which was really kind! Beautiful views on a quiet Sunday morning.

Fantastic location overlooking the mountains over Banff - but NOT where Applemaps takes you - it’s on the far side of the Trans Canada highway. Our server was very understanding at our delay and made us very welcome. Nice food and drinks, very good service

Dinner at the Juniper Bistro was absolutely incredible! The service was beyond amazing, the food outstanding, and the views spectacular. We will be back!!
