Joule, le premier restaurant du célèbre couple de cuisiniers Rachel Yang et Seif Chirchi, a déménagé en octobre 2012 pour s'installer au sein de l'espace novateur et flambant neuf du Fremont Collective, dans le quartier de Wallingford/Fremont, à Seattle. Inauguré en 2007, le Joule s'est constitué une base de clients fidèles et a attiré l'attention des médias locaux et nationaux grâce à la vision moderne et unique du couple de la cuisine coréenne. Le Joule est le restaurant de la maturité pour Rachel Yang et Seif Chirchi, qui mettent en avant l'amour de la Corée pour le bœuf avec des morceaux originaux accompagnés de garnitures typiques à partager. Les réservations sont acceptées pour un repas d'une durée de 2 heures. Nous faisons de notre mieux pour faire face à la demande et nous vous prions de bien vouloir penser aux personnes qui attendent à la fin de votre repas. Joule can accommodate parties of up to 60 people for a seated dinner, and up to 100 for reception style. Depending on party size, budget, and/or occasion we have dining and buyout options for the dining room, bar, patio, and full restaurant.Food & drinks for all events will reflect food similar to that found on our menus. Food is available in several formats: family-style buffet, family-style seated, plated seated, or small bites/canape buffet. Please discuss which will work best for your event with our Event Manager. Menus can be determined ahead of time, or guests can allow Chefs Yang and Chirchi, and their crew, to determine a seasonal menu a few days before the event.

We are long time patrons of Joule. When we want a warm hug, we know it’s Joule to the rescue!! Not only has the food never disappointed throughout the years, their staff are impeccable!! We especially LOVE Brandie and Carrie(might have misspelled these names, sorry friends)!! We value consistency and Joule always delivers!!

The food was a little disappointing. Our scallion pancakes were dry. The kimchi trio was a super small portion for the price. The other dishes were better but nothing that could justify the high costs. The dessert was half of a cheesecake slice with green food coloring. I can’t say I would come here again or recommend it. I really loved our server though.

This was my second visit to Joule in the last 4 months. My first was in May and it was so good that I couldn't wait to come back. The second visit was just as good as the first and this is now hands down my favourite restaurant in Seattle. Looking forward to a third visit!

Server and and atmosphere were fantastic. Food was above average. Felt a couple of our dishes lacked salt (charred broccoli, scalloped fried rice) yet I still enjoyed them. The spicy rice cakes were spot on as was the NY strip and octopus. The mackerel was good but also smelled and tasted very fishy. Cocktails were very tasty. We would def go back.

We appreciated much about our evening. However, the noise was so loud we could not converse. Unfortunately we won't be able to return.

Loved everything about our visit! Each of the dishes we ordered was layered with so many amazing flavors! Will always come back whenever I am in Seattle.

4th time visitors. Always get the chorizo rice cakes (cook is usually great but once was under on the cakes once was slightly over) the Pancake (fantastic every time) and this time tried the scallop fried rice which was good and had great umami flavors. and then a dessert or two, this time the tres leches which had hints of savory notes to balance the sweet which was unique and wasnt too rich. Service always great. Cocktail program solid. Great place for shared dishes. Only item i didnt love was the short rib because im a short rib purist and it was not traditional, so personal bias but still tasted good and ate well.

As always the most delicious food in Seattle! The go to spot for my family and I. The new items on their menu are great! No matter what the bone marrow and crispy rice cakes are a must.

Had a wonderful birthday dinner here. The food and drinks were creative and flavorful. Get the rice cakes and the paper cake for dessert. Absolute crowd pleasers
