Niché sur un terrain de plus de 4 km² de pelouses et de jardins, le Joseph Ambler Inn est le décor idéal pour une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle. Le restaurant met en vedette une cuisine primée américaine contemporaine et une grande carte des vins. La salle à manger est située dans la grange en pierres rénovée et dispose de parquet, de murs en pierres apparentes et d'une ambiance historique. L'établissement propose également des repas décontractés et des Happy Hours servis au JPub. Les tables du JPub sont sur le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi. Vous pourrez aussi prendre un repas sur la terrasse durant la belle saison.

We have been coming here to celebrate our anniversary over 20 years now and it continues to impress. A well executed dining experience with friendly staff & outstanding food all set within a beautiful & charming ambiance. Well done, thank you!

We had not been to this restaurant for quite a while and to say that everything was really good is an understatement. Colleen, our waitress was fantastic. We did not feel rushed at all and her service to us was perfection. We started with the cheese and fig charcuterie board to share. Then, we moved onto a cup of butternut squash soup, which was served with pecans, dried cranberries, and oh my! What a tasty soup.❤️ it wasn't sweet as some renditions of this soup can be. My husband had shepherds pie. I had grilled chicken w/brie and apple chutney served on the most fantastic bed of risotto I've ever had! And our friend had scallops w/ rice. All three of us loved our food. we will be back sooner rather than later.!

The food is really expensive. We paid close to $140 not including tip. We got a variety of dishes. This included a cheese platter, which was the best part of the meal. We had drinks. The lemonade I had was bland. I think it was filler for cocktails. The appetizer I got which was a clam with white sauce tasted funny. I hope I don't get sick. The scallops I had were over cooked. The rice that went with it had a funny aftertaste. It was really mediocre for the price. My husband's steak was cooked well. However, we wouldn't come back again. I think the place has amazing service and ambience. However, the food and price don't match. More effort should be put into the dishes.

Food never has disappointed. Crab cakes were excellent! There must have been an event since the noise level was very high.

Very nice experience and the surroundings are just beautiful! The service was friendly and prompt. Such a nice atmosphere and beautifully decorated. Had the crab and asparagus omelet with greens and it was very good. Will definitely be back!

A treasure of a property and dining destination! Even as a solo diner the pace is designed to enjoy a two hour dining diversion. Prixe fix lunch option selected with expertly prepared dual filets. Wonderful dessert options complete a memorable experience.
