Absolutely fantastic dinner. Customer Service was above and beyond what you would expect for most restaurants. Momma Tracie rocked!!!

This was our second visit, first one was good, but since we were dourly greeted at the door, I knew it wasn't going to be the same. I requested in writing on OpenTable for a table downstairs due to a knee injury, but we were being brought to a table upstairs. The mistake was quickly rectified and we were given a table downstairs next to the bar. Unfortunately, the noise level and acoustics in this restaurant made it virtually impossible for my husband and I to converse without yelling. As for the food, it was as lackluster as our greeting. My fish and chips were tasteless and not crispy. The steak my husband had was meh. The burrata salad was nice, but the artichokes were too tough to eat. We couldn't wait to just get our bill and leave. Not only was the noise level nerve wracking, but the frantic pace of the staff running here and there was not conducive to a relaxing atmosphere. I felt very rushed for no reason - it wasn't overly busy. The way my written request for a downstairs table went unnoticed - so did my written mention of this dinner being an anniversary celebration for my husband and I. No big deal, I didn't expect a parade or anything, but the staff in the front (maybe the owner) gives off a vibe they're doing you a favor by fitting you into their restaurant. Today, that's not reality. The customer is doing a favor to a restaurant they chose to dine in by supporting their business. If it's good, they'll be back. This restaurant - I will not return. The extra star is for our server, Kayla. She was down to earth, awesome and actually made us feel a little welcome. The front greeters should take a lesson from her.

Great food, best bacon risotto I've ever had. Everyone's food was delicious. Service was great!

Our friend recommended that my wife and I try this restaurant. Our server, Emily, was amazing! The food was delicious and serving was ample. The prix fixe menu was an awesome value. We will be back very soon! Our friend made an excellent recommendation!
