   Amazing service, fantastic food. Love the new tasting menu. It's very representative of Oregon.

   The server, Jeremy (hair pulled back in a ponytail), was less than pleasant. He barely acknowledged our table and when he took our order, I was very specific about my dietary restrictions (vegetarian and anaphylactic to peanuts and treenuts), my friend was helping me explain what I wanted to order from the menu. He “shushed” her and said “one at a time”. When the food came out and I asked if it was guaranteed that there were no nuts and no meats and he replied yes. I dug into my food (pasta) and there was chicken covered in pesto. Since he never came to check on us, I had to flag him down to inform him. No apologies, just grabbed the food and walked away. The manager then delivered my food and said he apologized that there was meat, but the dish was nut free. The manager stared at my awkwardly for a long time, then walked away. The food was alright, but after that scare of fearing the worse, I had little appetite. The bill came and no gesture of acknowledging the mistake, nor lack of service. Very different from my experience before and the root cause of it was the server, Jeremy. What could have been a lovely experience, was so memorable in a bad way that I felt the need to write this review. Not that my actions matter in Jory’s ultimate bottom line, but I will not be eating there again.

   We deeply apologize for your disappointing experience in JORY. Your concerns about the level of service, the handling of your dietary restrictions, and the lack of acknowledgment of our mistakes are troubling and far from the high standards we hold ourselves to.    The service was a little bit slow. For a place that nice there should’ve been a steak, a chicken and a seafood option which there was the salmon, but we think the menu is too small and we didn’t want to do the course meals because that would be too much food. Cauliflower soup with excellent but the service was very slow.

   Great brunch dining experience with great service. Beautiful setting and views. Food and drinks were all very good. One of the dishes was slightly delayed coming out so they provided pastry on the house to hold me over for the short time the food wasn't there.

   This was an exceptional culinary experience. Yes, it as expensive, decadent and over the top, but we LOVED it!

   If you’re a foodie, Jory is an experience you won’t want to miss. Every detail is thoughtfully curated, down to the silverware, which is matched to the temperature of each dish. I especially appreciated the wine sommelier’s approach—informative without being overly formal. We chose the five-course meal with wine pairings, and the food truly stole the show. Each dish was beautifully plated, like a work of art. That said, if you're a picky eater or have the palate of a toddler, this might not be the place for you!
