There was no one there at 1 pm on a Saturday. Maybe 3 small groups in a place with 30+ tables. Might be because the menu was mainly egg dishes, al la breakfast fare. Mussels and a burger were the only lunch items. Wish we had chosen someplace else for a special lunch. The sauce for the mussels was delicious and the mussels tasted very fresh. I'm concerned that such a beautiful place is being mismanaged so no one is showing up.

Service was excellent. Wine list was impressive. Very accomodating to food allergies and suggested substitutes. Chicken & vegetables were very good - I'd have it again. French fries were disappointing - I expect better at a restaurant of this high caliber. Ambience was great & conducive to quiet conversation.

Been here several times but this wasn’t my best experience. Short rib was small, especially for $49. Cesar salad w chicken ($26) and hard to eat off a small plate. The menu was limited, maybe 8 items to choose from.

We booked dinner here before a show at the Luther Burbank Center. We made the reservation for 5:15pm and arrived 15 minutes early. When we were sat the server asked if we were going to the show and we said we were. We ordered within a reasonable amount of time, but then waited 45 minutes for their Caesar salad and focaccia. When the server dropped them off he said he had put in our entree orders which was alarming given we had put in the orders so long before (so I responded I sure hope so after all this time). Meanwhile the table next to us with the same amount of people that arrived after us got their entrees. Now we’re approaching and hour and fifteen minutes of waiting. The server is clearly dodging our table. The show starts in 30 minutes. I asked for a manager and explained the situation and requested to cancel our order if the entrees weren’t ready since we needed to leave. He said he’d check and let me know. 5 minutes goes by and I see him elsewhere, but he didn’t check back in. We ultimately stood up and left. The server intercepted and said don’t worry about the check and tried to blame the kitchen being backed up, but we saw multiple parties around us that arrived later get their food so I’m assuming he forgot to put our orders in. It’s a beautiful restaurant but a super limited menu so I don’t understand how anything could take that long (much less bread and lettuce). Very disappointed.

Food was outstanding, great service, the restaurant is remodeling and the new floors are hideous! We will add the restaurant to our regular places to eat in Santa Rosa.

The restaurant was very accommodating in adding an additional guest to our reservation. We had a delicious meal of muscles, tacos and a burger prior to a show at LBC

We made a reservation for dinner as we were staying in the hotel celebrating our 15th anniversary. When it was time for our reservation we were told that our table was not ready and that we needed to wait in the lobby. We were given a drink menu after I asked so that we could order drinks while we wait from the bar. When we tried to order a drink we were told that the menu we had was the wrong menu and we only had a few drinks to choose from. When we were finally seated it was next to a large party tasting wines. We ended up having to wait a very long time to order, then even longer for our food. The large party appeared to be getting significant attention from multiple staff and even what appeared to be a manager of some kind, we did not. After close to an hour past our reservation time our food finally showed up and the presentation was not spectacular. Our overall experience with spa and hotel was great, however our special anniversary dinner was a huge letdown, At least the wine tasting party appeared to have a good experience.
