It was a fantastic meal. The Service amazing. 10 min past order the Steak arrived. Just a little advice: the AC is quite cold, so a cardigan or Pullover ist adviced.

My friends and I make Joe Allen our go-to after Wednesday matinees. We're always impressed by the warm welcome at the door and the polite, professional service from the staff. We love the food. Have never been disappointed. Oh, and the martinis are to die for!!! Thank you for all of it.

Great food, service, ambiance! Love the menu of classic dishes - all well prepped. We shared the escargot, Caesar salad, strip steak with mashed potatoes instead of frites, and banana cream pie. Loved it all! Good cocktails too.

There are so many great restaurants to eat at in New York and this is just not one of them. We were greeted warmly by the host and the staff. There’s no substitutions allowed, but you can leave something out of your meal unless it is already premade. You cannot have a crêpe without the Nutella. I had a chopped salad with grilled chicken and the chicken was ice cold and tough. The hostoffered us a free appetizer when we return. We will never go back.

We loved everything about Joe Allen’s brunch. Making online reservations was easy. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We will definitely go back the next time we head down for a show.

Joe Allen’s was the perfect pre-theatre venue! We were warmly greeted and informed the host of our 7pm curtain. All of the staff was polite, friendly, attentive, and efficient. Our meals were delicious (hamburgers and chicken tortilla salad). We want you all to know, that our waiter, Devon was terrific! He made our time at Joe Allen’s so lovely. We will return! Thank you.
