I didn't like the pork chops and felt the ribs that replaced the chops were dry, my wife wanted her steak charred was told were a char house everything we cook is chared well grill marks aren't chared a good crust is chared. But the service was great

Food was decent, but portions were not a match to prices. Have had more value at other local steak places. Ordered a craft beer and bar staff and server could only tell me type and who makes it, but not the name of the beer itself.

The usual good food, lots of it and nice sized drinks. Most of all our server Nellie was super attentive.

Very nice and clean great service excellent atmosphere great place to talk with my girlfriend and then went into the bar and played some games and won even better just perfect!!

Smelly Fishy Uneatable Cod. My wife was served baked cod that smelled to high heaven. Unfortunately, she didn't want to say anything because we were with two business associates who were in the middle of a discussion, and my wife is timid in that regard. I didn't know either until I got in the car with the full meal doggie bag... yikes!!! The 1.5-hour drive home was awful. I thought I was going to get sick from the strong smell. Opened my window a bit to get some fresh air. My bad for not following up with a call to Jimmy's Charhouse. We have been to Jimmy's many many times and have always had excellent food. This time, not so much.

We always love the food at Jimmys! The service was outstanding, but there was a large party with really loud kids last night. Aside from that, the experience was very enjoyable!

Good food. Good sized portions. Noise level was high, made it a bit difficult to have a regular convesation. Felt more like a cafe than a dining restaurant.

Our servicer was great! Food not so much. Chicken was hard, burger meat was tough and the most disappointing was the soup. When asked if it was made with cream or dairy due to a food allergy we were told no. Unfortunately that night a member of our family was extremely ill experiencing a reaction when they have when dairy is consumed. We called the restaurant to confirm again and asked to speak with the manager who we were told was in a meeting and unable to return our call. When asking the person who answered the phone about dairy in the soup the response was almost rehearsed to avoid confirming there was. The manager never contacted us back nor even addressed it while at the restaurant. Very poor experience when it affects someone’s health and well being.

We enjoyed our food, as always, but felt that our server was a bit short with us, more than once during the meal. This made for a less than pleasant experience. In the past this has not happened, but I would be hesitant to eat here again if there was a chance we could be served by her.
