Jimmy V’s Osteria + Bar est un restaurant unique et moderne créé avec la passion de Jimmy Valvano et son engagement à l'excellence; un pourcentage du chiffre d'affaires du restaurant sera remis à la V Foundation. L'amour de Jimmy Valvano pour la nourriture est l'influence qui se cache derrière la création des menus avec des plats locaux et de saison. L'accent est également mis sur les délicieuses cuisines réconfortantes traditionnelles italo-américaines en utilisant des ingrédients produits à la ferme localement ainsi que des préparations simples. My husband’s birthday is Valentine’s Day but we strategically made reservations to celebrate on the 15th because of the holiday to be able to have a nice dinner out with our son to celebrate together.. instead of being sat at a table to be able to have an interactive dining experience we were placed along edge seating with barstools which is not appropriate seating for a party of three because someone is always being left out of the interactions or conversation… I made a reservation knowing it was a holiday weekend and would have chosen differently if I was aware we could not be at a table. Our waitress Marissa was wonderful and the food was very good but the overall experience was diminished due to these seating arrangements and lack of effort of the host when my dislike for this seating was expressed.

Do not go here. The drinks and food were terrible and the front door is broken so it was very cold and consistently had to be reshut.

Service to receive our food was slow. This didn’t help in keeping our schedule for our parents night out.

The butt holes were closed and we received NO advance notice, Had planned to dine there before the NC Symphony Pops Concert 2 blocks away. Parked our car in auditorium parking lot, wallked to Jimmy V's only to find sign on door saying open tomorrow. Too late to get reservation at 6:15 at any other downtown restuarant.

Many of the menu items were unavailable as well as the drinks. The chicken parm was over cooked and just not a good value restaurant. I was surprised.
