Situated on the Las Vegas Strip in the Aria Hotel & Casino, Javier's offers upscale, authentic Mexican cuisine in a contemporary setting. Its interior décor has sophisticated styling that features metal sculptures, a rope ceiling around the bar area and a chainsaw-carved sculpture. Javier's provides an exciting ambiance that is ideal for hanging out with friends for lunch or dinner. Guests can dine on such dishes as shrimp ceviche or taquitos as an appetizer, dungeness crab enchiladas as an entrée and delicate guava cheesecake topped with whipped cream for dessert. The restaurant also serves salads and grilled steak. Vegetarian and Vegan dishes also available. This Javier's location opened its doors in 2012 and has various positive reviews in the Las Vegas Sun and other publications. Great lunch experience. Delicious seafood enchiladas and Margheritas. Excellent service by Orlando and other staff members.

Great experience. Food is fantastic and service was excellent!! The Tuna ceviche is so fresh! Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone coming to Vegas looking for great food in a beautiful atmosphere

Although I have enjoyed this restaurant several times over the years, I must say this last visit was not a great experience. I followed up with a member of the leadership team and was promised that someone would get back to me to discuss my experience, however four days later, and I have not heard a thing, I am extremely disappointed. I didn’t get the food that I ordered and then the waitress explained that it had to be ordered a certain way although I’ve ordered the same dish at least 2 to 3 times previously on other visits there were a few other service issues but the most concerning thing is that I was not provided with the follow up service recovery opportunity from anyone from their leadership team at all as promised.

Server n food was fine. Front reception is not so good. They were little rude. Even I had a reservation at 7. They made us wait 30 minutes. They keep telling me 5 minutes. They did even apologize n one girl were rude.

Service was excellent. I ordered a chicken taco and the shell was burnt along with the chicken that had black burnt marks on it. This is the first time that I have had an issue with any food. I have been several times and it has always been great. Hopefully this was a one time occurrence.
