Situated on the Las Vegas Strip in the Aria Hotel & Casino, Javier's offers upscale, authentic Mexican cuisine in a contemporary setting. Its interior décor has sophisticated styling that features metal sculptures, a rope ceiling around the bar area and a chainsaw-carved sculpture. Javier's provides an exciting ambiance that is ideal for hanging out with friends for lunch or dinner. Guests can dine on such dishes as shrimp ceviche or taquitos as an appetizer, dungeness crab enchiladas as an entrée and delicate guava cheesecake topped with whipped cream for dessert. The restaurant also serves salads and grilled steak. Vegetarian and Vegan dishes also available. This Javier's location opened its doors in 2012 and has various positive reviews in the Las Vegas Sun and other publications. I am very, very picky about Mexican food, and let me tell you:Javier's is Magnificent. First, a tasty jalapeno marg that actually has some bite. The Aguachile Del Rey was superb, as good as, or better than anything I've had in Vallarta, and I've never had octopus that was this tender. The braised pork chile verde was MASTERFUL, just absolute perfection (I know because this is something I've attempted at home many times, without success). Beautiful, intimate/enveloping yet airy setting on the casino floor. HIGHLY recommend. Thank you Carmen for your help today!

Javier's Mexican food restaurant in Aria casino in Las Vegas has some of the most interesting aesthetics you will find in a restaurant. Every dish we have tried has been "elevated Mexican" and hit all the notes on the flavor palate. Noise level is a bit high for romance but the food and service more than qualify if that is your goal. While not the best restaurant for children they are welcome and we have seen families there. The Javier's at Newport Beach California has all the good qualities as this Las Vegas branch but is less noisy and lighter with the same high quality food and service so I could not bring myself to give this one 5 stars. We arrived 15 minutes early and had to wait until the exact time of our reservation so early arrival is not recommended.

My food came cold. The waiter immediately remade it. It was better hot, but it there was a small bone in the chicken enchilada. Great waiters & service, good food, attractive restaurant, loud music.
