Situated on the Las Vegas Strip in the Aria Hotel & Casino, Javier's offers upscale, authentic Mexican cuisine in a contemporary setting. Its interior décor has sophisticated styling that features metal sculptures, a rope ceiling around the bar area and a chainsaw-carved sculpture. Javier's provides an exciting ambiance that is ideal for hanging out with friends for lunch or dinner. Guests can dine on such dishes as shrimp ceviche or taquitos as an appetizer, dungeness crab enchiladas as an entrée and delicate guava cheesecake topped with whipped cream for dessert. The restaurant also serves salads and grilled steak. Vegetarian and Vegan dishes also available. This Javier's location opened its doors in 2012 and has various positive reviews in the Las Vegas Sun and other publications. We visit Javier’s each time we’re in LV. Always consistent and delish. Cocktails are great. I like the classic Javier’s margarita. My husband goes for the jalapeno marg, which may be more or less spicy, depending on the fresh jalapeno that day. Last night, we also had dinner. Restaurant was very busy. Service did not disappoint, nor did the food. Love their guacamole. I had the crab/shrimp enchiladas, husband had carnitas and is trying to figure out how to replicate at home. Son in law had the mole and loved it. Everything was served efficiently and hot. Thoroughly enjoyed. Wish the volume could be ratcheted down a couple decibels but that’s Vegas, right?

Food was good, margaritas were also good. Salsa is great. Value for food is average, very high quality, very high price too.

We loved the service although did not sit down until 25 minutes after our reservation time. The atmosphere was great but my dish, the seafood enchilada trio was just slightly warm.

We dined here for my birthday dinner. The food was amazing, however our waitress was terrible. She disappeared several times, didn’t check in on us and mid-service we had to ask for another server.

Food is really good. Music is way too LOUD. It would be awesome if they could have an area where the volume is lower.
