Situated on the Las Vegas Strip in the Aria Hotel & Casino, Javier's offers upscale, authentic Mexican cuisine in a contemporary setting. Its interior décor has sophisticated styling that features metal sculptures, a rope ceiling around the bar area and a chainsaw-carved sculpture. Javier's provides an exciting ambiance that is ideal for hanging out with friends for lunch or dinner. Guests can dine on such dishes as shrimp ceviche or taquitos as an appetizer, dungeness crab enchiladas as an entrée and delicate guava cheesecake topped with whipped cream for dessert. The restaurant also serves salads and grilled steak. Vegetarian and Vegan dishes also available. This Javier's location opened its doors in 2012 and has various positive reviews in the Las Vegas Sun and other publications. This was our second visit to Javier’s and it was just as exceptional as the first time. Our server, Orlando, was outstanding and recommended a fantastic dish (seafood trio enchiladas)! The only negative comment I have is the bartenders threw glass bottles in the trash and it was so very loud and disturbing.

The food and service were great! The staff were very friendly and accommodating because we were running a little late for our reservation.

The food was good but way overpriced. It wasn't as hot as it should have been. Disappointed in the margaritas...they were way too tequila forward without other flavors. The other bars in aria have better balanced ones.

We always get lunch here, and we always love it! Tried something new, the short ribs. The sauce was so good, I ate some with my extra rice.

The entire experience at Javier’s was excellent. The ambience, service, and food was outstanding. This was a highlight of our vacation.

Food was great, salsa was great, finally somebody in Vegas knows how to make salsa. Value it would be nice for a more, reasonable price for the food. But understood the why. It took a while to get to this place despite walking by it for years and staying at the Aira. Overall, would go again.

We had a reservation at 7:30pm but didn’t get seated until 8pm even though we were on time. We ordered right away since we were hungry by then. The food took approximately an hour to come out. We ended up eating around 9:30pm. 2 hours after our reservation!!
