Situated on the Las Vegas Strip in the Aria Hotel & Casino, Javier's offers upscale, authentic Mexican cuisine in a contemporary setting. Its interior décor has sophisticated styling that features metal sculptures, a rope ceiling around the bar area and a chainsaw-carved sculpture. Javier's provides an exciting ambiance that is ideal for hanging out with friends for lunch or dinner. Guests can dine on such dishes as shrimp ceviche or taquitos as an appetizer, dungeness crab enchiladas as an entrée and delicate guava cheesecake topped with whipped cream for dessert. The restaurant also serves salads and grilled steak. Vegetarian and Vegan dishes also available. This Javier's location opened its doors in 2012 and has various positive reviews in the Las Vegas Sun and other publications. We had been told that Javier’s was fabulous, and everyone was right! Not an inexpensive notion, but that’s Vegas for ya… we loved everything, especially the short ribs. Our server Elsa made our experience even more delightful… love ya, girl!

The food and margaritas are so delicious! I also think they make the best guacamole on the planet! The Javier’s margarita is a must! Enrique was the best server! He made excellent suggestions to us and was so prompt with everything! This is now a must on my go to list when in Vegas.

Best chips and salsa on the planet! Love the enchiladas and the crab stuffed poblano. Awesome service, but really loud.

We Have Been Coming To Javiers Since They First Opened In Laguna-Since Their Remodel & Menu Change-Unfortunately A Few Things Are A Little Disappointing-Food Prices Are High And No Longer Includes Rice/Beans-Salsa And Food Has Changed To Super Spicy-Wish They Would Go Back To Old Menu And Find A Salsa Recipe That Isnt Soooo Spicy 🌶️ 🥵

We love Javier’s ! It’s our first go to in Las Vegas! The service is great! The skinny jalapeño margarita gets the party started ! Best guacamole ever! Our meal this time… the enchiladas suizas was great! The carnitas were dry and were served with too much bone and fat. The salsa rocks our world!
