Artistically designed with unique sculptures, Javier's Crystal Cove provides guests with ocean views in a cozy, contemporary atmosphere to enjoy authentic Mexican cuisine. It opened its doors in 2008 on Newport Beach and is conveniently close to the Crystal Cove Shopping Center. This restaurant offers guests an upscale dining experience with such entrees as the Maine lobster enchilada topped with Monterey jack cheese and grilled chicken breasts braised in chipotle sauce. Javier's Crystal Cove serves a variety of fresh seafood dishes, appetizers and delicious desserts. It has a full bar that features numerous tequilas, cocktails, beers and wine. Javier's Crystal Cove also offers outdoor dining. It accepts reservations over the phone and online.

    Food was great, drinks were good but I’ve never felt so rushed to get out of a restaurant. Our plates weren’t empty and they tried to take them, finally they brought the check without even asking if we wanted another drink or dessert.

    Food was excellent Margaritas were subpar The first one was extremely tart he added tequila and it was delicious We had the same bartender make the second drink And it was again tart We asked for more tequila and it tasted horrible We did not drink it but paid for it. Very disappointing We ordered the organica

    We have been here many many times but this was the first time since the remodel and I was very happy to see how beautiful everything turned out. Lots more room and a lighter brighter interior. The food was as always delicious. Service was good and hospitable. This is one of my all time favorite restaurants.

    The Hostess was very disrespectful and ruined the whole vibe of our dinner . We had a reservation at 9pm on 3/16 ,we showed up 8:50 and told the hostess our name and she checked us in then we waited about 25 min as other ppl that checked in after us were getting seated until we decided to ask the hostess how much longer , when we got up to ask we see her and another coworker see us and then smirking at eachother. I asked how much longer to the same hostess that checked us in earlier and she said oh im sorry looks like nobody checked you in when SHE WAS THE ONE THAT “checked us in” when we first got there so if we hadnt said anything who knows how much longer we wouldve been waiting .

    Javiers’s is one of my absolute favorite restaurants! I’ve been coming here since they opened in Newport. The food is always amazing! Friendly staff great ambiance!

    Food was great, service was great, too many drunk people that aren’t controlled by security. Literally had a lady dancing on top of a table next to us, and security did not kick them out so she continued so he rowdy and embarrassing. Definitely is loud, but understandable. Everything else was great
