It was our anniversary and we had eaten here before and had a wonderful experience. BUT they are under construction (not mentioned anywhere) and the whole place is chaos. They didn’t know who our wait staff member was, we were at a little table right in the middle of the “runway.” Make sure they’re done with their building project before going. Especially if it’s for a romantic occasion. I guess there’s always next year. 🙄

Jams is in a temporary location while their original location is under construction. The temporary location is very loud. Although there seemed to be a lot of staff, everyone looked flustered and service took awhile for drinks, ordering and especially to get our food. We had a view of the kitchen. Food sat over ten minutes waiting to get to tables. Our server was great, only good part of the night.

Great place for dining with friends. Upbeat environment with a menu that has something for everyone. It is an elevated casual dining experience. I will definitely return.

The service and food were phenomenal last night. We all ordered Specials. Our table was next to the kitchen which was very hot. Overall terrific experience.

At start of meal, the noise level was very low....very nice. But as the place filled up it was almost impossible to carry on a conversation. Especially since we were sitting next to a party of eight that were specially loud. THe food came very fast, although we did get there before a rush. IT was excellent. The bathrooms were a bit of a disappointment with lacking toilet paper and some soap. The exit was very fast with paying and getting to go boxes. Would definitely come back....but again at a low peak time.

At first, I was skeptical because they recently changed buildings, but was pleasantly surprised to find a great environment. The drinks and food are a little pricier, but so worth it! We went the six of us and everyone loved their meals. The service was great as always highly recommend.

TO ALL OLD SCHOOL JAMS FANS - I was super excited to take my girlfriend on a date and thought Jams would have been the perfect place not knowing that they have taken one of the best restaurants and completely RUINED it! Sat down, got a drink order and it took 27 minutes to get a glass of wine and a non-alcoholic beer. The waters showed up late however the waitress filled our glass 1/2 way up and then did not come back to check on us the entire time until about a minute before the drinks came out making excuses why they were running behind. During this whole process she never took our food order, so we basically say there with menus put on the side of the table and not one person came to ask how we were doing or if we needed anything. The menu was completely opposite of what it used to be. I think Applebee's has a more extensive menu with better options than Jams now. You won't be impressed. We order finally and the food came out looking extremely sub-par and truly looked like they did not care at all what it looks like. The waitress did not say one thing to her floor manager however he seemed to know we were not getting good service and just put his head down and walked by us like 10 times. So basically, it starts at the top and trickles down to everyone that if there is an issue, why say anything?? Just ignore them and eventually they will go away.. Well, we are going away for the rest of my existence unless they made some dramatic changes or could show me that that was a bad night. But for now, there are other places that are way better.
