Just about all of our food last night was top notch! The crab cakes, wedge salad and calamari were terrific appetizers. The upgrade to the onion soup was worth it - it was rich tasting and full of cheese. Our steaks were high quality beef cooked just right. The only disappointment was the carrot cake. It was not the usual layered cake loaded with cream cheese filling. It was almost black in color (couldn't find the carrots!) and had no frosting. I should have sent it back in retrospect. But we will be back! This is a very good steak house!

Food is always top quality! Cooked perfectly! Fantastic calamari! Filet/shrimp special outstanding wish the filet was a bit bigger :) the larger cut was wonderful a guest at the table had the sirloin sandwich was wonderful served on excellent French bread French onion soup was great the piece of toasted bread in the soup could have been a thinner slice for the soup but no complaints in eating it it was wonderful the sides to choose for entrees were wonderful the mashed loaded potato yum, esp asparagus great! The wine selection wonderful even the mocktails were fantastic. They even remembered it was a birthday celebration in the last they have forgotten not this time and the complementary dessert was delish! Our waiter was excellent served our table even if it wasn’t assigned when we sat for a longer time no one was attending to us he asked a waitress if she had is she was a bit rude with “no not my table” with a roll of the eye and stomped off, she appeared unfriendly However this waiter took over and was truly a class act! He was attentive, kind and patient truly a gem and hard to find in the hospitality business today which for him I feel demonstrated like a profession not just a job. Have been here many times and really enjoy it and this time it was really a special evening We all truly enjoyed our experience, thank you for making this a memorable birthday celebration

Good food, good service, DO NOT USE THE RESTROOMS. They belong to the hotel and are poorly maintained.

It was better than I expected it to be, being at the hotel. It was very crowded and the food was good. Prices reasonable.

good service and wine choices. delicious vinaigrette on salads. It's a solid scampi dish, but my ribeye was too salty. when notified, they did make a 20% adjustment, which was fair. otherwise, it was a small steak for $48 (not thick), and I wouldn't recommend it. cocktail choices looked interesting, so I would try again if others wanted. a little above average overall

We think Jamesons has excellent food (hamburgers and salads) and reasonable prices in a lovely setting. We always make a reservation as it can fill up on nights when the theaters are full. All of the staff seems helpful, too.

Good food, really nice employees. Our service was lacking this time and wonder if it's because we sat in bar instead of dining room.
