Jacobs & Co Steakhouse blends the timeless steakhouse experience with the sleek modernity of a new generation. Executive Chef Danny McCallum sources select cuts from the best ranches throughout North America, Australia and Japan, adapting the menu each evening to ensure each guest’s culinary experience reflects the standards that Jacobs is renowned for. A key feature of the dining room is the Dry Aging Room, where each cut is finished to its most perfect state. Guests delve into the fascinating world of steak, selecting their cut by region, age and ranch.     I have dined multiple times at Jacobs, never had anything similar. I recently dined at Jacobs, a supposedly high-end steakhouse, and had a shockingly poor experience. I ordered a medium steak, but the waiter brought it out rare. When I pointed out the mistake, he nonchalantly suggested they could "warm it up in the back." After an awkward back-and-forth, they finally took it back, only to return 25 minutes later with what appeared to be the same steak, as it lacked the distinct markings freshly cooked steaks usually have. To make matters worse, the manager came over without an apology, merely confirming that the chef wasn’t even in the back, which explained the missing notes they usually provide. He added that they would "take care of us next time." Well, I can confidently say there won't be a next time. Jacobs has declined drastically, now feeling more like a Ruth’s Chris than the high-end establishment it once was. Disappointment is an understatement.

    A great vibe. Incredible steaks. The Caesar salad is spot on for the starter. Loads of lovely sides to have with your steak. Great service.

    Loud. Had to send my steak back twice. They got my husband's drink wrong. But the server Carlo was amazing. And the monkey bread with the cream cheese icing is a must try.

    Don't try to pull a restaurant hack on someone who worked at a restaurant. Sit someone at the worst seat in the house. The steaks were actually really good but the service is garbage.

    The food was fantastic, but the service was a little off. The wait staff was a mix of too attentive and also inattentive.
