We just love Jacky’s because the food is amazing, the service is spot on, the venue is so chill and the value is reasonable!! Can’t wait to come back!!!

Great meal! We enjoyed everything! Great service but a little slow that night. View was great, valet parking very convenient. Food was super tasty! Would return for sure!

My meal was fantastic!! My wife’s meal was overcooked. So we had to return that meal. Our waitress was professional, and courteous! Thank you

I had sushi, ordered sea urchin as a special treat tonight and unfortunately, the texture, color, consistency and “scent” was way off, and was not what it should have been. Took one bite and knew it was bad, and wouldn’t eat any more. Called it to the attention of the manager when the waitress couldn’t make any adjustment to remove it from the check; Manager’s response to me was “ it’s Japanese style.” Excuse me? If you don’t know what you’re talking about you shouldn’t be speaking. The urchin was either from California or Maine and “style” has nothing to do with its issues tonight. It was too old a product to be served - what I’d call over the hill. An unfortunate error in judgment on the part of the sushi chefs to use it. Manager did remove it from the bill. And don’t forget to get out of the way of the odd “robot” which does not get out of your way in the aisles - rolled into me both arriving and leaving - it is annoying!

Been meaning to visit for probably 15 years and finally took the plunge because of Providence Restaurant Week. Food was outstanding and the Scorpion Bowl is not to be missed. Ryan our server was knowledgeable and efficient.

Arrived at 725 for a 730 reservation. We were seated by 730. At 740 after not being greated, the hostess came over and asked if she could move us due to a seating chart error. We moved. We waited another 10 minutes before a server said she wasn't supposed to be our server at this new table but would have been at the first one but she'd find someone for us. Meanwhile my date and I watched multiple other tables including a table of 6 get seated and attended to as well as the manger multiple times just walking by us and finally we heard him telling the original server to "just take them." Not once did a manager or anyone bother addressing us. After 30 minutes we got up to leave. We addressed the manager at the front hostess desk on the way out and he said "we're busy, I don't know what you want me to do." The food looked delicious, but 30 minutes without even a drink order isn't worth it, especially when others are being served who arrived after.

I was really excited about this place for the location overseeing the water But the experience was sub par to say the least After being seated it took at least 10 minutes for the waiter to even bring a water (the restaurant wasn’t sold out by any means) There were rips in the carpet and even cigarette butts on the window sill next to the very sticky table (!) The food was at best sub par- we will not be back this was a very be and done
