Each piece is hand selected and trimmed to the exacting standards of certified artisans.

Another dinner at Jack Binion’s resulted in yet another excellent experience. The steaks were absolutely perfect and the lobster mac’n cheese was outstanding. Dawn is so welcoming when we arrive and always makes us feel like VIPs. She always engages with a smile by and ensures our experience is special no matter what. Abraham is the upmost professional. Always pleasant and inviting. Abraham has a gift as he can recall our favorite dish(s) and appetizers. I look forward to our next visit.

Not enough options for cuts of meat. Meat was overcooked. Asked for medium rare but overcooked. Had better tasting steaks at other restaurants. Asked for a Moscow mule. They brought the drink to our table. Tasted the drink and noticed it did not have ginger beer. Made the waitress aware and she took the drink back to have it made with proper ingredients. Came back and told us they had to go find ginger beer , so they knew drink, originally,wasn't made properly and served us the drink anyway. An 18 dollar drink

Filet mignon was cooked perfect and very tasty. Only draw back is the menu selections have dismissed throughout the years and there was no fresh fish of the day selection. The restaurant is also only open 3 days a week. There are beautiful panoramic views of Lake Michigan to enjoy during dinner. The space is underutilized and is the true gem of the casino.

Worst dining experience I have ever had. Seated 15 minutes after my reservation time. Told the waitress we were on a tight time line. Ordered drinks & dinner immediately. Received one of two drinks (never rec'd the other) Received bread 15 minutes later. Waitress never returned. Contacted the manager & was told our dinner would not be ready for another 45 minutes. At that time we left with one drink in hand & nothing else. Will never go back

This would have a been a completely horrible experience expect for the waitress. We had a 6:30 reservation and arrived at 6:10. We got seated at 6:35. This was not the problem. We had tickets for an 8:00pm show. We put our orders in at 6:50 and got our food at 8:00pm. Many other patrons had the same experience, The kitchen was so backed up and slow. All we had for one hour and 5 minutes was one soup, bread and drinks. Our bill was over $250 for soup, a salad, two burgers, fettuccine Alfredo and a few drinks. Our whole party was so dissatisfied. We will never go to a Jack Binions again. When you pay almost $300 for a meal and have to gobble it down to make a planned show that was on site, it makes for a very unsatisfactory experience. Our waitress was fantastic and caring. That was the only good experience.

Absolutely the worst steakhouse I’ve been too. Waited 20 minutes after we sat down to finally see our waiter. Then waited another 20 minutes for our drinks. Our entrees didn’t come until an hour and a half after we sat down after we ordered everything the first time we saw our waiter. It was far from busy. Food was subpar. Everything about this place was a complete disaster. Never going back again

Had reservations at 6pm. Had tickets to the Jeff Dunham Show at The Venue at 8pm. The service was terrible, not attentive and slow. We ordered, got our salad and our food still wasn't out at 7:40pm. We, along with several other tables that also had tickets to the Show all asked for our checks and left without eating. So much for scheduling a nice evening out with my husband. At least the show was Great!!

We had a 6 pm reservation and did not get our food until after 7:30 pm. The management never even stopped by once to explain the delay. Our waitress was overworked, but still friendly.

This place is simply awful. From the arrogant hostess April who wouldn't seat us five minutes before our reservation or allow us to get us a drink at the bar ( the bar is for those who eat at the bar) to the horrible service. 20 minutes to get a drink..ordered salads and then waited an hour and a half for our meal. We had an 8pm show so finally got our food with about 10 minutes to eat it and leave. It was a holiday weekend and the show was a big draw so you would think management would get a clue and make sure they were fully staffed. People were threatening to get up and walk out ( this wasn't just us!) ... truly a HORRIBLE experience. Nothing like Binions in Vegas.. do yourself a favor and mark this a MISS.

We had to cancel our dinner since it was over an hour and we hadn't received our steak, lobster tails and brussel sprouts, we had to get to an 8 pm show which was in the same building but it was 730 pm and we had placed our order at 630 pm and at 730 pm there were still two tickets ahead of us. We paid for our appetizer and drinks and canceled the rest, there were other tables in the same situation. It was a very disappointing situation. Would not recommend based on our experience.
