Our mission? Great people helping other great people totally have a blast while enjoying amazing food. Wow, that was a mouthful. But can you blame us? We’re a restaurant. One that specializes in delicious food and great times. Our goal is to make you laugh. And depending on your hot sauce tolerance, cry.

In all seriousness, we take real pride in our food. Try our Cluckin’ Fresh Chicken Fingers, made and seasoned with fresh, never frozen chicken tenders. This isn’t run-of-the-mill pub grub. Our Band of Chefs are influenced by a wide variety of tastes and have travelled across the globe to gain inspiration.

But outside of the kitchen, we find it hard to take ourselves seriously. We have an Elvis booth. For no particular reason. Folks, that really does say it all. We’re sports fanatics, music nuts and love a good joke. If you’re into at least one of those things, we should hang out.

So this was my second time here and it will be the last. For starters Jack Astor’s menu has gone downhill over the years. They used to me my chain go to with the amount of healthy and great tasting items to select from. As for this location we had decided last minute to go. Went on open table and is was close to 630pm they had no tables till 730. We got there at 640 and they had a large amount of free tables and we were sat in the bar area right beside the windows. Let me tell you right off the hop the windows looked like they had never been cleaned it was so gross. They had one manager walking around pushing in chairs and looking around multiple times which o thought was good she passed out table 7 times during our time there and not once did she say hi. As for the food I felt like we were at a run down pub with cold fries and over done wings. I can’t wait til my gift cards are done because I hate heading to Jack Astor’s to use them. My company whom I work for spends tens of thousands of dollars at Christmas time on gift cards for the entire company and clients. We will Definitely be looking elsewhere this Christmas. Please clean those windows for starters I would not sit anyone to see that view it’s disgusting

Waitress was wonderful!!! Disappointed with the cost of the sweet potato fries at $11 though for a side order of sweet potato fries. There were three of us that ordered it and thought that $11 is a little bit overpriced for a side order of sweet potato fries.

Second time visiting in a week. Both times the fries were not fresh. Very disappointing.

We enjoy the food and the service was good. We just find the music is very loud and it is hard to carry on a conversation.

Awful slow service. Waited forever to order a drink and then waited again to get the drink. Food came very quickly but it was cold like it had been sitting for a while.

Too many people squeezed into a very small space. Servers squeezed behind us all dinner long. Volume was so loud no one could hear each other talking. Servers reaching over us to serve dinner to the other side. Too congested. Food was terrible. The fully loaded nachos were bare. Had a hard time finding toppings to eat from the chips. It was more like a plate of chips. The wings were undercooked and over saucy. Will not be returning to Jack Astors. Not the first time having a bad experience at this restaurant but always willing to give it another try. Never again.

Great location and very accommodating for parents with small children. We were seated in an area with other families with small children so it didn't feel overwhelming or like we were inconveniencing anyone without children. Food was great, never can go wrong with their chicken fingers, and the kids portion was impressive.
