Our mission? Great people helping other great people totally have a blast while enjoying amazing food. Wow, that was a mouthful. But can you blame us? We’re a restaurant. One that specializes in delicious food and great times. Our goal is to make you laugh. And depending on your hot sauce tolerance, cry.

In all seriousness, we take real pride in our food. Try our Cluckin’ Fresh Chicken Fingers, made and seasoned with fresh, never frozen chicken tenders. This isn’t run-of-the-mill pub grub. Our Band of Chefs are influenced by a wide variety of tastes and have travelled across the globe to gain inspiration.

But outside of the kitchen, we find it hard to take ourselves seriously. We have an Elvis booth. For no particular reason. Folks, that really does say it all. We’re sports fanatics, music nuts and love a good joke. If you’re into at least one of those things, we should hang out.

I was seated as soon as I arrived on Valentine’s Day (a very busy night) thanks to the reservation I had made in advance.

Food was very good, but a little expensive for the portions. Was a little too loud in the restaurant to talk and hear others speak.

The waiter (Chris) started out fantastic. Then he forgot our drinks and disappeared for awhile and our dirty appetizer dishes remained on our table throughout dinner. I also notified via “OpenTable” that it was a 51st Anniversary and nothing was done or mentioned. Overall disappointing and I don’t think I will be returning.

I like the new vibe in the Newmarket location. Food was excellent and service was great!

Awesome service for a big group!! All our food came out at the same time!! A little expensive for basic food but overall very happy with Jack’s experience.

We had a good dinner but the noise level was quite high and it was difficult to have a conversation. The service was outstanding.

We booked a table for 4 for 6:15pm. We arrived at 6:15 to a lobby full of about 30 people waiting for tables, a line out the door of people being told there was a 30-40 minute wait, and a manager at the podium with 2 other employees holding tablets. We said we had a 6:15 reservation, and they responded that it would be a few minutes as they cleared some tables. During the next 20 minutes, we watched about 20-30 people squeeze through the crowd to leave after finishing their meals, and then finally got our notification that our table was ready. They clearly were doing nothing to hold tables for reservations. They walked us through the crowd toward the bar area, and showed us a 24” round bar top table with 4 stools. “Here is your table.” I felt bad for the 19-year old employee who had clearly been thrown under the bus by the manager at the front door and asked to give us this table. I responded that we reserved a table for dinner for 4, and this isn’t it. I asked if there were not any tables free in the dining room yet since we had been waiting 20 minutes later than our reservation time, and she said she would ask. She walked back to the manager, and they were still looking at each other and the crowd jammed inside the front door in horror when we told them we were just going to go elsewhere. Clearly they don’t care to honour advance reservations, and also have no ability (or space) to manage busy nights with walk-ins. I respect restaurants that have the bravery to be transparent and turn guests away when they are fully booked, rather than saying yes to everyone and disappointing most.

enjoyed the new renovation; the service was outstanding, food was delicious; the server was so kind even we cannot use two promotions at once, she noticed one was from my birthday, she treated us a little birthday brownie dessert as a surprise! the only con I must say is the music was much too loud, I can understand they jacked up the volume in bar area for a weekend evening, but because the restaurant section is openly connected to the bar and the music was blaring through out the night, we can barely hear each other. I hope this is just a weekend setup.
