Our mission? Great people helping other great people totally have a blast while enjoying amazing food. Wow, that was a mouthful. But can you blame us? We’re a restaurant. One that specializes in delicious food and great times. Our goal is to make you laugh. And depending on your hot sauce tolerance, cry.

In all seriousness, we take real pride in our food. Try our Cluckin’ Fresh Chicken Fingers, made and seasoned with fresh, never frozen chicken tenders. This isn’t run-of-the-mill pub grub. Our Band of Chefs are influenced by a wide variety of tastes and have travelled across the globe to gain inspiration.

But outside of the kitchen, we find it hard to take ourselves seriously. We have an Elvis booth. For no particular reason. Folks, that really does say it all. We’re sports fanatics, music nuts and love a good joke. If you’re into at least one of those things, we should hang out.

Chicken fingers were excellent. Sweet potato fried were soggy and warm. Music was too loud, as usual. Waitress was lovely, but had too many tables. Had to ask multiple times for ketchup.

The food was delicious. Our server was friendly and nice. The place it self was good lighting was good. I'm glad they had some vegetarian apps and mains it was amazing.

As a regular at Jacks this experience was not as it usually is - which was disappointing. There were 4 ladies at the front with reservations & seating, hovered over a cellphone watching Snapchat videos. Very unprofessional in every way. As we entered they looked up and back at the phone then acknowledged us standing to check in to our reservation. 4 ladies standing showed me they all had nothing to do or not enough work to do. Either way, customer service was a failure, which left a bad taste in my mouth right at the start of the night. Our waitress was wonderful and on point and the food as always was great! Understanding the front team is young and cellphones and social media are everything (as I have children) but there is a time and place for everything. Customer service at any establishment should be top priority at all times.

Ordered my drinks,dinner and apps all at the same time as per usual. The server brought out everything all at once leaving the table crowded as we were a table of 4. Then rushed us with the bill. Not good service but still gave a generous tip.

Really great service from host and waiter. Great tasting food and quick service. A little noisy. Table was a little close to other tables so it was squishy.

One of our favourite places to dine with a group. Our server last night was awesome and paid good attention to our food allergies!
