Our mission? Great people helping other great people totally have a blast while enjoying amazing food. Wow, that was a mouthful. But can you blame us? We’re a restaurant. One that specializes in delicious food and great times. Our goal is to make you laugh. And depending on your hot sauce tolerance, cry.

In all seriousness, we take real pride in our food. Try our Cluckin’ Fresh Chicken Fingers, made and seasoned with fresh, never frozen chicken tenders. This isn’t run-of-the-mill pub grub. Our Band of Chefs are influenced by a wide variety of tastes and have travelled across the globe to gain inspiration.

But outside of the kitchen, we find it hard to take ourselves seriously. We have an Elvis booth. For no particular reason. Folks, that really does say it all. We’re sports fanatics, music nuts and love a good joke. If you’re into at least one of those things, we should hang out.

Paton was an excellent server. We enjoyed our meal very much. We had requested a booth and we were seated in one. We had an outstanding customer service credit from a previous delivery order The server confirmed with manager and found it immediately and generously applied it to our dine in Very happy !

The food is always really good but the service is spotty. I was a waitress for 16 years and I just don't think they train their staff well enough

Was overall unhappy with my meal. For the price you pay I got a plate of cold wings (although delicious) were sided with celery and carrots. The carrots looked as though someone had chewed the sides down and after trying a bite out of curiosity they were so soft and foul tasting. My husband and I quickly realized it was likely they cut all of the brown off of the outside and left the center to serve… like why not just serve the celery. Anyways, bad experience. Waitress was lovely and attentive so I didn’t bother her with it.

We had a great time out with some friends but it was very busy and load. Still, the food was great and the prices are very reasonable given the overall economical situation.

This was our third time at a Jack Astors, 3 different locations in 3 different cities. The first two experiences were not very good. However, 3rd time is the charm. This location in Kingston met and exceeded expectations. The server was friendly, and the food was pretty good. Certainly reestablished some faith in this chain. The Kingston location is right downtown across from the city hall, and we look forward to experiencing the roof top when the warm weather returns.

It was a busy night. Our server was good but too busy for great service. The food was okay, not great. The chicken wings and sandwich have no sauce, which was disappointing.

Sat on the roof, view was amazing, service was great, food was yummy. I started to get chilly and asked to have one of the heaters turned on but it sounds like most of them are broken.
